關於 long beach university ，我們在網路上蒐集到這些相關的討論、資訊與評價

今年難得有這個機會在籃協的安排下，
跟國內幾位教練一起到美國加州各大學名校去進修交流，
每所學校都有兩到三天的時間可以交流，
目前為止也都獲得很好的學習，
能有這樣的機會真的蠻開心的！

禮拜天的時候各球隊都沒有訓練，
因此我們也趁著這天的空檔，
來到在美國成立3 Point Basketball Academy的楊玉明家烤肉敘舊，
我們很久沒有見面，
但能在異鄉再次相聚，
彼此都非常的開心！
但聊天的話題也還是離不開籃球～

來美國這幾天，我們已經參觀了兩所學校，
分別是Loyola Marymount University (LMU)和 California Baptist University(CBU)

LMU的風景非常的漂亮，
在學校一隅可俯瞰LA Long Beach的全景，
就如同陽明山文化大學的後山，
可以俯瞰整個台北市的風貌一般！
而LMU的籃球隊教練是Mike Dunlap，是澳洲人，
曾在多所大學和NBA球隊擔任過助理教練，
更在‭2012-2013‬球季擔任NBA黃蜂隊的總教練。

另一張照片球場LOGO為藍色系的則是CBU，
這個球隊雖然一直都在NCAA的DIVISION II，但戰績非常優異，
CBU今年也是第一年打進DIVISION I。
總教練Rick Croy也非常的厲害，今年41歲，
不論他到哪一所學校擔任教練，勝率幾乎為8成以上，
成績相當亮眼！

這兩位教練都非常的nice，
兩個人的教練哲學可說是大不相同，
可說是代表不同的世代，
一位年紀稍長，另一位則是年輕教練，
但卻都願意主動與我們meeting，
開放我們發問任何問題，
並且不藏私的分享他們的經驗和方法，
給予我們很好的回饋，
在這樣一來一往的討論中可說是受益良多！
「知識分享是進步的來源」是我在這兩所學校學習到最重要的一句話。美國的教練們都認為知識的分享是非常重要的一件事，我也認為台灣要進步應該要有更多的分享交流，而非關起門來閉門造車，這樣只會變成原地踏步而已。

最後一張照片則是很特別的水療機，
在台灣一直以來較常見是以加冰塊的方式來調整溫度，
直到近年來才逐漸出現溫控式，
不過目前仍屬較少見！
照片中兩池分別是一冷一熱，
可使用溫控直接調整成想要的溫度。

So about 3 weeks ago I put up a poll on Instagram asking yous to decide man's next travel destination..... and I ended up in Krabi, Thailand 🇹🇭️ for a good few days doing all sorts of activities BUT being at the beach. 🙄😅😂 Trust man got bare wavey with buckets of Long Island from 9 in the morning too. 😎🍻

Back in town for abit and stoked to link up with University of Hertfordshire UH Malaysia this weekend for a potential collaboration 🙌🏻

But first, here are some highlights of my "beach ting" getaway at the famed Emerald Pool, hot springs, and Tiger Cave Temple! No footages at the beach though. 🙊 Enjoy! 🔥😅😂

🇭🇰Little that we know, Hong Kong actually has way more sea than land. We have 733km coastal line. To give it a perspective: Netherlands' coastal line is 451km long, only 61% of HK's.

I remember I participated in an university exchange program when I was 19. There came 20 Beijing students, and one of the first thing we did was bring them to swim in Stanley beach. They were overjoyed simply by the sight of it. "I didn't know the sea can be THIS beautiful... you know, we only have lakes in Beijing."

The sea is so closely tied to our daily lives that many of us have even taken it for granted. The beach in this picture is Chung Hom Kok, which is tucked around the corner from Stanley. It's a quaint little beach that has "urban hideaway" written all over it, yet surprisingly easy to access by public transportation - a bus station at the roundabout is only 3mins away from the entrance of the beach.

Hawaii Big Island part 2

In late January, I flew to Hawaii to embark on a week long holiday with my closest friends from university. A lot of us flew in from Philippines, California, Texas and New Zealand. Hawaii is such a wonderful place to visit. A week was short but we packed it with a lot of hiking, beaching and trying out the local culture. In this video, you'll see our adventures from Black Sand Beach and Papakolea Beach or Green Sand Beach where we needed to hike for an hour to get to it!
Check out my previous Hawaii videos from Oahu and the Big Island. Oh and btw, all these were filmed on an iPhone 6. :)

Hawaii Big Island part 1

In this video, you'll see our adventures from Hapuna beach, Mauna Kea summit, Volcanoes National Park, Kilauea Iki Crater, and lava flow from the Kilauea volcano. Check out my previous Hawaii video where we explored the island of Oahu. Next video will be more of the Big Island where we explored beautiful secluded beaches.
