Today was legs day.. and I just wasn't feeling it. There will be ups and downs during training. Nothing nice about this video and i'm glad muy other trainer Keng was there to push me. Here i'm doing my last set for hack squat..before i had to call it quits. You can hear me whining all the way, tsk tsk. Watching this back, makes me really go girl, don't be a sissy! Body tired from being unable to unwind at night so, sleep wasn't great. My lower back was tight from the weekend events (I really need to learn to say no to some activities) and it's just my fault i didn't stretch enough. Today I wasn't able to complete the entire workout, it was cut short because I pulled my trap, which was already tight and got aggravated. Pissed off by the small sprain. It's ok, i know what I need to get fixed, just stay positive and rest smart for the next couple of days. #Bounceback #LinoraJourneyToComp
