We at Star Planet would like to thank you for your constant and undivided support. We are pleased to announce that another show will be added on Sunday, 28 January 2018.
Tickets will be sold online via www.myticket.asia which is the official ticketing provider of the Axiata Arena:
(a) CITI CARDMEMBERS PRIVILEGE ONLINE BOOKING will start on 10 November with each member entitles to buy 2 tickets. Tickets will be sold at normal price, starting from 11a.m. and ending at 11p.m. or when 2,000 units/tickets are sold out, whichever comes first. Terms apply.
(b) PUBLIC SALE will start on 13 November from 11a.m. via ONLINE purchase only. Tickets will be sold at normal price and each transaction will limit to 4 tickets. Terms apply.
We must also warn fans to beware of ticketing scam and take note that no ticket has been issued so far for the additional concert date. For ticket fraud prevention and security, a new ticket design will be used for 28 Jan show to fight against counterfeit or bogus tickets.
As you may already be aware, the recent ticket sales of the initial concert dates for Jacky Cheung’s A Classic Tour 2018” in Malaysia was an overwhelming surprise.
We express sincere regret on any inconvenience some might have encountered during the recent ticket sale and we have taken note on some of the challenges faced by many who were unable to obtain tickets. We are taking steps to ensure a positive experience at the next ticket sales for the additional concert date.
We would also like to take this opportunity to remind all fans to ensure that you obtain your tickets only from the authorised and official source, and not to resort to buying tickets from scalpers or resale sites. Any such tickets, if found, will be refused admission without any refund or compensation.
In the meantime, we thank you for your patience and kind understanding over the circumstances involved as we strive to deliver a positive and entertaining experience to all our concert goers. Thank you.
歌神張學友吉隆坡站演唱會，1月28日加開一場!
[友迷] 引頸長盼的歌神張學友《A CLASSIC TOUR學友-經典》吉隆坡站演唱會消息一出便成為全城熱門話題。門票首賣會上個月21日在吉隆坡桂和廣場舉行，大量人潮湧現，導致原訂當天下午6時開放的在線購票被迫延遲。許多粉絲紛紛撥電，上網詢問，幾乎癱瘓主辦單位電話和網路線。對於造成歌迷不便，主辦單位也深感抱歉與遺憾。
而敲定明年1月26及27日，在吉隆坡武吉加里爾Axiata Arena舉行的兩場門票，也在首賣會之後，宣布門票搶空，讓許多粉絲向隅。 為了不讓粉絲失望，更不讓黃牛票非法肆虐，主辦單位與相關單位作出一番協調後，今天正式宣布，將在1月28日，追加一場演出。
Citibank信用卡用戶可以在11月10日，早上11時開始，透過網購優先購票，優惠只限2000張門票，每用戶可以購買最多2張門票，先購先得至2000張門票售完為止，門票以原價發售。
而大眾粉絲們，可以在11月13日，早上11點開始，一律以網上購票的方式購票，而網購將限制每交易最多4張門票。
以上網購可透過Axiata Arena所授權的票務代理Myticket的官方網www.myticket.asia 購票，並以原價計算。
為了避免不法之徒趁機製造假門票在網上出售，加場演唱會門票將以全新門票設計出售。主辦單位也聲明，一旦發現黃牛票，一律被拒入場，也呼籲粉絲務必透過官方或授權管道購票。希望這次所做的銷售整合，能夠讓粉絲滿意，尚祈這之前在購票過程中遭到不便的粉絲們能夠見諒與支持。
主辦單位也表示，這次的歌神演唱會已經籌劃超過一年之久，製作費耗資龐大，衷心要帶給粉絲們一場精彩的音樂饗宴。任何在網上流傳的“內部炒票”等的質疑，並不屬實，請粉絲不要掉入網絡黑特所純心設計的情緒圈套當中。
