去咗Macallan 期間限定展覽同tasting workshop. 見到好多未見過嘅舊年份同特別版，好有趣！更深入了解Macallan 6 個pillars 製作理念，只抽出16%蒸餾出黎嘅酒心釀造陳年威士忌，所以飲落咁refined! 試咗4款由12年至18年及特別版Maker's Edition, 各有特色，我比較鐘意15年fine oak, 有花有橙香、細膩而精緻，Maker's Edition則比較複雜而富男人個性！好happy的一晚! 其實好多女仔都鐘意飲威士忌𠺢！
Went to Macallan's special exhibition & tasting workshop. V interesting 2 c so many vintage bottles & special editions! d exhibition talks about d 6 pillars' concept of Macallan & they only take 16% of d new make spirit (heart) for maturing their whiskies...that's y it tastes so refined! Tried 12-18 yrs old & special Maker's edition at d tasting workshop, they all ve their own unique characters! I personally like d 15 yrs old fine oak whisky w floral & orange peel aromas, it's very refined & elegant. Maker's edition is more Sherry oak w charred oak taste, more complicated & masculine. A very happy night! Actually, there r many gals who like whisky!
