哦！《The Times》衰喇，比台灣衛生福利部長出國際文（宣）！
"China can’t be allowed to block Taiwan from WHO"
頭嗰幾段主要係講（讚）自己雖然唔係WHO成員，但仍然成功抗疫。即係當12月31號中國宣布疫情之後，政府嘅即時嘅抗疫方案，即係兩日內成立疫情中心、封關、限制口罩出口之如此類。結果台灣確診個案得429個，6個死亡。
嗱，講得係國際文宣，重點緊係唔係自吹自擂四圍鬧，或者扮國際Cry Baby怨過怨婦，而係動之以情，曉之以理。
//Taiwan, though not a member of the World Health Organisation (WHO), has made efforts to join the global fight against the virus. Beginning in April, it has donated over 10 million medical face masks to countries around the world, including Britain.//
（台灣雖則唔係WHO成員，但係仍然希望為國際抗疫盡一分力，由四月開始已經捐咗一千萬個口罩去世界各地，包括英國。）
仲跟足國際規矩（International Health Regulations (2005)），透明公開咁通報台灣嘅疫情同病毒嘅基因排序嗰啲資料比 WHO、美國、歐盟同英國。（又再講多次）可惜台灣長期被排擠唔能夠成為WHO成員（it is regrettable Taiwan has long been excluded from the WHO due to pressure from China），但係都希望幫下手令國際可以用呢啲資料快啲研究到測試、藥物或者疫苗。
//If it is indeed the WHO’s mission to ensure the highest attainable standard of health for every human being, then the WHO needs Taiwan. just as Taiwan needs the WHO. //
（如果WHO嘅宗旨係為所有人類持續咁提供最高規格健康保障嘅話，咁WHO係需要台灣，就等如台灣亦需要WHO一樣。）
最後台灣衛生福利部長係感謝英國嘅議員為台灣參與WHO發聲，同時要求WHO為咗台灣二千三百萬人嘅人道健康權利著想，將台灣加入WHO嘅會議同活動，就好似聯合國宣言所講响2030年"no one should be left behind。
P.S. 大家知唔知之前有英國人（縱壞咗嗰種）滯留台灣隔離，向傳媒投訴乜乜七七，搞到台灣外交部著晒火，差啲變外交風波？
成編嘢有無「WHO出賣台灣啦」、「英國佬都係信唔過」、「比啲誠意黎睇下」、「佛系集體免疫呢」、「唔戴口罩抵死」、「看誰笑到最後」、「台灣地方台灣人救」？
