Prosecutors in Taiwan have detained two suspects in connection with Taiwan's deadliest rail accident in seven decades on April 2 that killed 50 people and injured more than 200. The collision occurred when a vehicle working on a slope maintenance project rolled onto the tracks just as the train carrying nearly 500 people was approaching a nearby tunnel. The project's contractor is suspected of serious safety lapses and state-owned Taiwan Railways Administration of a lack of supervision. #TaiwanTrainCrash

The Taitung District Prosecutors Office and the Taiwan Transportation Safety Board (TTSB) said Tuesday that they had begun investigating the cause of an accident earlier that day in which a Taiwan Railways Administration (TRA) maintenance car slammed into a group of workers on the tracks, killing two and injuring one, near Haiduan Station.

One of many possible one day trips from Taipei: Wulai waterfall! I brought some friends and borrowed a drone to check out the Wulai waterfall for the first time! Truly beautiful!

Also had an amazing train ride from Wulai station directly to the waterfall! Highly recommend it! Sadly the outdoor hot springs were closed down due to safety reasons, and the cable cars up to the top of the waterfall were closed due to maintenance as well.

We still had a great time though and I hope you still enjoy watching the video!
