https://youtu.be/Rihe2JOyLQA
https://youtu.be/PkoCXybjrrw

That's why you lose.
Today, it's not like work know-how, but I would like to talk about the movie ′′ a in the town ′′ that I'm in the middle of the day, and I'm going to have a good time.
I was originally a manzai teacher, writing a manzai, and a master who raised me is a playwright called ′′ goto hiroto...... so I also wrote the script of the stage......
I'm going to change my job to a picture book writer, draw a picture, draw a story, and make a picture book song too.
This is the one who made the song. Hallo Halloween ′′
https://youtu.be/Rihe2JOyLQA
There's a prop guitar in the theater dressing room, so I can play guitar while I'm touching the free time.
By the way, I was able to make a theme song for the picture book ′′ Phantom Railway ′′ which was made one after another, so please search for it on Youtube.
https://youtu.be/PkoCXybjrrw
I'm working like that, so my role in the movie ′′ a in the town ′′ is going to be busy called ′′ Original Script Production General command promotion lyrics,"
Sometimes it's said that sometimes," there's a ghost writer!" lol
As for this, it means ′′ Nishino can't make such a wonderful thing," so it's only a compliment, but unfortunately, I don't have a ghost writer.
If you are in the middle of labor, you are publishing ′′ division of labor,"
It's better to be.
It's better to have a lot of creators think ′′ I want to participate in nishino's work so I'll definitely name the person.
Sometimes you don't put it out, but it's if you shouldn't put it out.
For example, in the notes section of the video of ′′ a no-′′ that I uploaded to the youtube channel three days ago, besides the lyrics, there is only the name of the staff of ′′ songs, lyrics, arrangement, choreography ′′ I'm sorry.
There is no name of lighting, art, or costumes.
It's just that it's a place to put information on music.
If you write all the names of the staff involved, it will be about 80 people.
Oh well, so in case of ′′ cm I don't put the name of the basic, staff.
At the end of the tv commercial, ′′ it's the same as not going out with director.
It's just that if you write a story or make music, I don't have anyone called ′′ Ghost writer
I think it's a rare pattern, but even in the ′′ business book I don't hire a writer.
It's more overwhelming to write yourself, because my work is reduced.
If you don't have a performance or anything, you can write it in 5 TO 6 hours if you don't mind a business book that sells 5 million
I'm just going to make a character of my experience and thoughts already in my own.
It may be ′′ key!" but," it's a ghost writer, and people who think about it, are compound, flirting, family trip, and watch the shows. I've been fighting for a battlefield where I'm going to die when I'm talking about talent adultery, and I'm studying the exam without thinking about anything.
It's been about 20 years, average working time is 19 hours.
So, this 20 is," 20 years that I've been throwing away the winning pattern," and the job that grabbed the trick is more and more throwing away, and it's been 20 years since I've been trying to challenge the new area I'm sorry.
So, it's obvious that the overwhelming difference in the ability and knowledge is born, and I want to say that ′′ effort is rewarded so I don't want to hide it here.
I'm not using a foul trick, but I'm just saying that I'm trying twice as hard as you, so I'm going to have 1000 times the results of you," I'm sorry.
And I don't accept this reality," no no, it's doping... I think something special is working... my life is over without starting for a lifetime. So accept it if you don't like it.
I don't think there's a person who says ′′ I'm doing this kind of effort but I'm going to say it because it's a good opportunity.
There is also a recording of the movie ′′ a in the town ′′ today, but there is a question from the voice actor, and I have to give instructions that ′′ I'm going to have a good time here,"
So I'm going to do ′′ practice to instruct ′′ at home.
I will actually be able to do it.
For example...
′′ A town is full of chimney.
Smoke from there, moc mok on my head, black smoke and moc mok.
Moc. from morning to night.
People who live in a town are trapped in black smoke and don't know the blue sky. I don't know the shining stars.
In a city that abandoned looking up, one man looked up.
The Black smoke that covered the town, the man made his thoughts on the dream that the heyyy mole I met at the bar told me.
The story of the world across the smoke. The story of the shining world.
I thought it wouldn't be, but I can't say it at all.
Because no one has gone. No one has the answer.
Then the man shouted over and over again, day and night, the story of the world across the smoke, but he was told that he was stupid, and he was cut off as a hola.
What the hell did a man do?
Who did the man hurt?
There is no reason there.
In the town that abandoned looking up, a big choir of ′′ conspicuous,"
In a town that abandoned looking up, if you speak your dreams, you will be laughed, and if you act, you will be slapped.
Black smoke swallows the town and doesn't allow the light of all times.
Black smoke swallows people and doesn't acknowledge every courage.
And yet the man gave a voice, trembling his knees, and he got into the ship and went to the sea.
It was in a dark and scary sea.
I was in the sea with no one ′′
This is the line of the scene of the protagonist boy's father showing off his own kamishibai, but now I didn't write it while watching something, and I'm memorizing this much.
As a person who gives instructions, this is so much.
This is the kind of thing that ′′ I remembered while I've been doing it many times," so it's not talent or sense.
This is the professional.
If you'd like, once you'd like to be my company intern student, near me, take a look at my work.
I think I'm probably going to despair lol
I said it earlier, but I want to tell you that ′′ effort is saying things," and in the future, I would like to make an appeal that I have been actively working hard.
That's right.
The movie is on December 25th, but on the night of December 25th, I'm going to have a live broadcast on Youtube, and I'm going to have a good time with the movie," the scene over there, actually ○○ I want to talk about ′′ what is it so go see the movie on the first day.
While you're in the middle of the day, mark your schedule for December 25th.
Well, I'm going to go to the recording of the movie ′′ a in town ′′

I thought I'd answer some questions about my new artwork, "Bloom", that I see posted under George Takei Presents's video of my work. Also, welcome to everyone who's visiting this page for the first time! 🙂
1. "Why?"
This piece was commissioned by Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group in Macau, and is permanently displayed in their lobby lounge area. I really appreciate it when clients give me creative freedom to create commissioned pieces, and Mandarin Oriental was a great client throughout! The only request was that the piece had to have a lotus flower in it, so that was where my inspiration came from - flowers. I also wanted a piece that could technically last forever, so I chose to go back to good ol' acrylic paint for this piece. I thought it'd be interesting to create flowers - something very delicate and perishable - with a medium that could last for a long time.
2. "That is so much paint, it must have been so expensive. What paint did you use?"
I used acrylic paint (the brand "Golden" is the best imo, with a higher price tag) and I mixed it with stiffening paste. I bought it from a shop that sells these paste in bulk so using the paste and buying in bulk brought the cost down a lot (as opposed to using 100% acrylics - which was what I started off with at first. Too pricey!). I spent a lot of time experimenting with the consistency and trying out various pastes from all sorts of brands. That was the trickiest bit, and the materials weren't cheap! As art is my full-time job now, I would of course factor this into my total cost.
3. "How much paint did you use?"
About 60kilos of paste and paint. About 80-20 in ratio.
4. "How long did it take to dry?"
I made them in batches but on average the flowers took about 3 days to dry - fairly quick because I used acrylic paint. I experimented with oil and it took FOREVER (ok maybe not forever but definitely took more than a month!). The whole piece took two months from initial concept to delivery (on average that's how long each commission takes).
5. "Are you a baker?"
No, but my mum is, and I was inspired to do this when I saw her learning how to make buttercream flowers from a Korean baker early this year!
muah!

I talked to uncle
I want to raise a family
Got to live first lol
So what are you doing? (Uncle asked)
I want to own a business! (I answer)
So you have to sell it (Uncle said)
I don't like to sell.
I don't like talking to strangers.
(I answered)
And you don't know how to sell.
How to do business? (Uncle asked)
I'm looking for someone to sell.
No need to sell
(I answered naive)
So who will sell it to you?
If you can't sell him an idea?
(Uncle asked)
I don't mean....
You need to sell stuff. Shout
Calling customers by flea market
Or do I have to carry stuff to knock on the door
And standing in front of the customer's house.
I mean
"Sales"
I'm confused (but I didn't say anything)
Everyone sold out
Depends on what you sell
You are a merchant
You also sell stuff.
You work full time
You sell energy. Sell your brain to him.
If you want to be a businessman
You have to sell ideas.
Let people agree with you
Let's go together
I thought...
You think if the owner of the business
No skills in sales
No skills for people
No skills in convincing
What will that company be?
The owner of the company who sells ideas.
Can't give my crew
Incentive company owner
People who come to invest
Or can't motivate people to buy
What will that company happen?
I look at uncle smile's face
Ready to answer
It's broken!!!! (then laughing)
(Uncle holding on to laugh
That I can't be cheeky
So I laugh after me)
That's the first time. I have to sell it myself first.
You don't have a bucket of money.
Going to hire a great vendor CEO to attend.
Even if you have money, I can't sell cuddle vision.
No one resigned
Come join you
Who dares?
So so
If your problem is a businessman
Business owner
You can't miss it. It's about selling.
The Word is indispensable.
Well, I can't miss it.
If you like it, you don't like it, you
You don't have to love it
"but it has to be done"
Admittedly 8 years ago
This is a turning point.
One of my life
When looking at the destination
That we want to go
Not only looking at today tomorrow
It will let us know...
1. What do we have to do?
2. What skills do you need to do by yourself? (indispensable? (sighs)
Lol I knew I wanted to be a businessman
4. So apart from loving the product
5. Things Uncle said was...
"I have to sell as"
Lol I go to work and sell cars
What I got besides learning products
And money.
Well.....
7. Skills to talk to people
Convincing to buy
Learning people's emotions
(the more you do, the more you understand humans)
8. I know the company's sales system.
Ruling people and selling ideas
From a good company owner
That makes me feel free classes.
Plus got a computer fee
Lol I learned my skills
Facing disappointment
I continue talking and on the phone.
Total of ten thousands throughout the sale.
Which became sales
About Only 600 cars
I know a good seller
When he misses deal
These guys got up so fast
With experience
" that makes me not afraid of being rejected
10. When I started business, I bought it and sold it.
I can sell ideas to a friend
Which means the funds acquired.
I sold an idea to another vendor.
Which makes me have him
Let's help make the big balance
I learned my skills to get up fast.
Because I understand being rejected
Very normal.
And I have been hit a lot throughout the sale.
So I don't feel bad.
And it makes the team not bad.
So we keep growing up
11. When I was in business selling data
Or the current expert biz
I have to sell ideas.
I need to sell ideas to co-workers.
Partner team
And then later.
I have to sell people ideas.
I have to tell people that
How to study through Facebook?
On this world day
No one knows how to study via Facebook
Which I thought was the first.
And sold out this idea
Until today hit all over the country
Almost all online class people
Turn to this model I created
All of them.
All caused by the sales skills I have.
Caused by fear, failed I learned.
There are many things I do.
In other business
Everything is from "sales skills"
"Sales"
May not be a picture of standing for sale
Shoutout to customers
Or a knock on the front door
Then smile at the customer
Tell me to buy it
"but selling"
It means everything.
And all the people on earth
I dare say
"you don't have to sell as"
But if...
You can sell it?
I dare to say
"the world will be a lot more fun"
You will be the subordinate
Selling ideas to the boss
Opportunity to grow is more
You will be the boss at.
Selling vision to the crew
Proud and appreciate what he does
And that's a higher growth chance
If you are an independent career.
For example, photographer
Art, actresses, actors.
Etc.
You know how to sell
How to present yourself too
" you go far more than a person.
I'm only good at my own work "
And if doing business
Not to mention.
I dare to say for almost 10 years...
That I arrived today
"I can't lack the sale"
Even didn't like it at first
But it's important.
I have to.
But the good thing is that it's hard to do it in the beginning
But it's fun to do it.
And it changed his life too
So I love it so much
So....
Time has a goal...
You need to track your job well.
1. What is it important?
2. What are the skills you need to do? (indispensable)
3. I post often.
All I have to do is do.
"not saying that I like it, don't like"
4."goal ok you must choose the one you like first"
5." but on the way
It's so normal to have anything.
I'm not good at it but I have to do it.
If you want to pass
Finally, I have to do it "
6. Because so
"what to do"
"is to do it"
Like Uncle's words
7. You don't have to.
Love it.
But if it matters
You have to do it!
