🌈I had this Mango Cheesecake 🍰and Peach Berry Mousse🎂 @sweetobsessionvancouver and can’t stop thinking about it ever since!
🍋🍰Both cakes tasted delectable! The cheese cake is rich , smooth and creamy. The Peach Berry Mousse is topped with blackberry&raspberry mousse, 🍑peach coulis on a Vanilla chiffon base, tasted very creamy and delicate.😋

They said do things that spark joy, I said spark joy with yummy food too! With a new Chef de Cuisine Giorgio Maggioni at Dolce Vita, the menu is being zested up with 10 new items.
Everything we tried were so beautiful that I leaped in joy! Perfectly cooked pan seared scallops with winter truffles and garlic foam as starter followed by handmade Pappardelle with lamb ragout and crispy artichoke. While I have pan seared turbot paired with endives, citrus and cauliflower textures, my dining partners raves about the Tajima Beef Tenderloin.rounding the meal, we had Mango mousse, exotic coulis and a quenelle of passionfruit sorbet.
You know that the food is good when there was silence whenever the food is served. Don’t forget to check out Dolce Vita which is located on level 5 of Mandarin Oriental to spark some joy. Oh yes, remember to check out the beautiful pool beside it too!

Thanks to a wonderful invitation from Chef Val of Berjaya Times Square Hotel Kuala Lumpur, I'm happy to present Chef de cuisine Val's curation, introducing a greener pasture to their fine dining dishes with a menu themed "GASTRONOMIC GREEN DELIGHT".

Well, vegetarian food need not be boring, it's not all about having a plain salad or steamed vegetables or just another dhal curry, instead, the chef had prepared a nine-course vegetarian meal for us to savour appealing to diners palate to which he truly believe will go well with Malaysian taste buds.
