好担心抱病无法顺利入境。
幸好还是平安抵达Havana啦。
我回到了热带国家了。外面30°C。
入境要填4张表格。
最重要的一张form不但要大概RM82，而且还要在Cuba以外的地区拿的，例如驻别国的领事馆。我在Bogota机场check in时买了。
这里的机场很小，我来到时人不算多，我第一个过海关，但之后竟然花了1个小时多才领到行李。原因是海关人员还要一个一个行李scan，然后在需要在出关时再被检查的行李tag上拿marker pen画几下做记号。
还好我有先见之明，早就吩咐司机在飞机降落后两小时才来接我，我也要预时间找ATM拿钱。
说到钱，这里有两种货币，CUC（Cuban Convertible Peso）和CUP（Cuban Peso）。
游客都用CUC，和美金等值。
CUP是当地人用的，面值比较低，大概26.5CUP换1USD。
我一上taxi就找安全带，可是找不到！
我问司机不必系上belt吗？
他狂笑说这是1946年的车呀！
一到Airbnb的住宿就有个只会说西班牙语的女人来开门。她人很好，明知道我听不懂西班牙语还brief我一个小时，害我肚子痛都不好意思上大号。
送走她后我累到热到头晕晕，就去小睡片刻，醒来时已接近下午5点了。
其实我还想继续睡，但想到今晚没食物没网路会很难熬，就逼自己动身出门。
这个城市有些地区像马来kampung，有些则像战乱后等待重整旗鼓的区域。
到处都有老美的50年代车子，是挺有feel的。
初来报到，街上人潮也不多，不熟这里的治安，只好一直走快快。
这里是没有免费网络的，也不是任何时间任何点都可以上网。
要上网的话就要找到wifi hotspot。整个Cuba共有830个hotspot地点。
有些贵饭店或我租的airbnb有些Free Wifi，但真实意思是它们有自己的hotspot，要上网的话还是要另买internet卡。
有几种方法可以买到上网卡，向任何酒店柜台买，价钱mark up了大概4-5倍；向在hotspot兜售卡的黑市买，mark up比较低；我选择了向
ETECSA买。
它是唯一一家，也是属于政府的电讯公司，所有卡都是它发的。在没google map的情况下，我靠直觉走了大概20分钟找到了它们的office。一张一小时的卡要1CUC，5小时的就5CUC咯。我一口气买了5张5小时的。其实是有限定一人一次只能买3张的，奇怪那女掌柜竟然问我要不要多买。
这里的人活得很悠闲，但看起来并不快乐。
没多少人脸上有笑容的。
在电讯公司，药剂行，超市外都有人在排队。
这里的规矩是要等jaga叫你进入店内你才可以进去的，不然就要在门外等。
我逛了两家杂货店，这里的物资贫乏得可怜啊。很难能在同一家店内一次过买完我要的东西。好像很多东西都是统制品。
今天就随便走走看看这城市，希望明天身子好了就可以乱走了。

What Are Ground Control Points (GCPs) and How Do I Use Them?
A Guide to Using Ground Control Points with Drone Mapping Software
If you work with drone mapping software, you’ve no doubt heard talk of ground control points (GCPs). Used often in the surveying industry, as well as in virtual design and construction, GCPs greatly increase the global accuracy of drone maps. Although they are not necessary in every situation, GCPs are a vital tool for precision mapping. But what exactly are ground control points? And how do you go about using them correctly?
To help crack the code on ground control points, we’ve put together this short guide to using GCPs with drone mapping software.
What Are Ground Control Points?
So what exactly are ground control points? Ground control points are large marked targets on the ground, spaced strategically throughout your area of interest. If you use ground control points with your aerial map, you first need to determine the RTK GPS coordinates at the center of each. (We’ll explain how to do this a little later.) The ground control points and their coordinates are then used to help drone mapping software accurately position your map in relation to the real world around it.
It might be helpful to think of your GCPs as a series of thumbtacks placed on your drone map. Because the drone mapping software knows the exact location of each of these “thumbtacks”, it can reference their locations when it matches up all of the other points on the map.
When and Why Are GCPs Important?
When used correctly, ground control points greatly improve the global accuracy of your drone map. That is to say, they help ensure that the latitude and longitude of any point on your map corresponds accurately with actual GPS coordinates. This is important in situations where precision mapping and true global accuracy are needed. As we mentioned above, surveying companies generally use GCPs, because a high level of global accuracy is important in most of the work that they do. Virtual design and construction is another sector that often requires this level of precision drone mapping.
Landpoint, a surveying company based in Louisiana, uses ground control points when creating drone maps used for topographical surveying. Using GCPs on an 85-acre map, their team conducted an accurate aerial survey, saving over 80 man hours compared to traditional land survey methods.
Each drone mapping project is unique, and not all projects require a high level of global accuracy. Because of this, it is important to assess each project individually before you decide to take the extra step of using GCPs. But generally speaking, projects like geo-referenced overlays, design documents and land title surveys benefit from the use of ground control points. In an upcoming post, we’ll take a deeper look at which types of projects are best suited for using GCPs.
How to Construct a Ground Control Point
There is no one right way to make a ground control point. One important thing to remember is that the GCP must be easily visible in your aerial imagery. This is achieved by using high-contrast colors and by making sure the ground control point is large enough to be seen from your particular flight altitude. We generally recommend flying at 300 feet with a frontlap and sidelap of 70/75 when using ground control points. Keep in mind that this may change dependent upon the area you are mapping. Learn more by reading our recent post about mapping accuracy and reviewing our GCP support documents.
A number of companies do sell pre-made, portable ground control points. However, many drone users simply fashion their own.
This well constructed GCP was spray painted onto the concrete using a stencil. Notice that the marker is large enough to be visible from far away. A center mark helps eliminate any confusion as to where the center point is located.
If you’re unable to mark GCPs with paint, there are a variety of low-cost ways to make markers with items available from any local hardware store. The weather-resistant rubber and vinyl markers seen above end up costing about $5 each and are very durable.
Measuring the Location of Your GCPs
As we mentioned above, it is important to measure the GPS coordinates at the center of each ground control point. To do this, you need either a Real Time Kinematic (RTK) or Post Processing Kinematic (PPK) GPS receiver. Trimble and Leica products are commonly used for high-accuracy GPS measurements. New, lower-cost alternatives have recently come onto the market as well. Hiring a surveyor to measure the location of your ground control points is also an option.
Do not use a phone or tablet to measure the location of your ground control points. The accuracy of these devices is very similar to that of a drone’s onboard GPS system and will not deliver precise results. Instead, use one of the previous methods listed above, such as an RTK or PPK GPS receiver.
Best Practices for Using Ground Control Points with Drone Mapping Software
Of course, if you use ground control points with drone mapping software, it is important to use them correctly. Follow these best practices to help ensure your GCPs serve their intended purpose and improve the accuracy of your map.
Use a minimum of 4 large GCPs: DroneDeploy requires a minimum of 4 ground control points. Each should measure at least four feet. No more than 10 are usually needed for larger maps.
Evenly distribute your GCPs on the ground: For most maps of moderate size, we recommend 5 GCPs, one located near each corner and one located in the center, as pictured above. Also, make sure GCPs are spaced far enough apart, to avoid confusion. As a general rule, if you can see more than one GCP in an image, they are too close together.
Create a buffer zone around your map’s perimeter: We recommend a buffer zone between the edges of your map and any ground control points. This ensures there is enough image coverage to carry out reprocessing. The size of your buffer zone should be somewhere between 50–100 feet, depending on the overlap of your flight. A higher overlap produces more images and generally requires less buffer zone.
Be aware of elevation changes: If the area being mapped has noticeable elevation changes like hills, mines and valleys, make sure to place at least one ground control point on each of the different major elevations.
Make sure your GCPs are unobstructed: Visual obstructions like overhangs, snow, shade or glare make ground control points difficult to identify on your drone map.
Know Your EPSG code: Before processing your map in DroneDeploy, you must enter the EPSG code that relates to your GPS measurements. Choose your EPSG code by modifying the settings of your GPS measurement device. In most cases, we recommend using WGS84 (EPSG: 4326).

Northwest of Floatboat. The monster you need to kill is on the southeast side of the island, while the storage room is on the northwest side.

Southeast of Domp Outpost. This island is sort of split into two. You’ll find the Fluff Hulk on the northern island and then need to head south to open the storage.

This Fluff Hulk Nest is found just east of Nambleklump Village. It’s in a snowy region, so make sure you either have The Cold Zone Suit or some other way to protect yourself from the freezing temperature. The Fluff Hulk is actually located in a cave on the northern side of the zone. You can see the opening in the image above.

Slap that Cold Zone Suit back on and head southwest of the Sparkplant. Follow the train track that leads you into the zone and you can’t miss the Fluff Hulk. Then, just follow the marker to the storage to move on.
07:52 Old World Storage 10F
This Fluff Hulk Nest is found south of Molyhole Outpost. On your map, you’ll notice the red area that signifies a Heat Zone. This is where you need to go. Staying on your map, the Fluff Hulk isn’t in the main part of the Heat Zone, you’ll find them on the smaller, southern part. Put on The Heat Zone Suit and head over to get your key. Then, go unlock the room by following the marker to wrap up this storage room.
09: 50 Old World Storage 11H
The storage room for this location is actually found to the west of where the Fluff Hulk Nest is on your map. From the Benearth Outpost, you want to head west toward a small pond. There, you’ll find the Fluff Hulk and can take it down before moving onto the storage room.
11:58 Old World Storage 10J
This Fluff Hulk makes its home over in the Kluppy dunes, so make sure you come with some form of heat-resistant gear. We’d recommend doing The Heat Zone Suit side quest before tracking this down. The storage shelter is located under the highway that goes by Sludgy Junkstorage; however, the beast you’re tracking down is actually just northwest, sleeping by a rocky ledge.
13:39 Old World Storage 9I
This Fluff Hulk can be tough to track down. You need to head to its nest, which is west of the Chugdepot over in the northern Yerpfields. If you look on your map in this location, you’ll see a small pond by the nest. The Fluff Hulk is sleeping just north of that lake beside a rocky wall. Take it out and go get your loot.
15:50 Old World Storage 6I
North of Bumlidof in the northern side of the Knupstonies biome. The storage room is on top of a ledge. The Fluff Hulk you need to take down is on the eastern side of that ledge, but the path up to the room is only accessible from the west. Take out the Hulk and then hoof it around the big ledge to claim your prize.Cold Zone Fluff Hulk Nest.jpg
17:32 Old World Storage 4K
You’ll find this Fluff Hulk Nest east of Granito Outpost in the Knupstonies biome. If you look on your map, you’ll notice a wrecked ship along the coastline. That’s where this Fluff Hulk is resting. Take him out and follow the marker to the storage shelter.
19:44 Old World Storage 6L
This Fluff Hulk Nest is found east of H-Two-O Outpost. The Fluff Hulk is resting in the middle of a collection of small islands. If you zoom in on your map, you can clearly see where you’ll find him by looking for the animated, grey monster near the Nest.
21:27 Old World Storage 10M
Finding this Fluff Hulk is a bit difficult. We’re not sure if the area was bugged on our map or not, but, unlike the other Nests, this one was never marked. To find it, you want to head northwest from Blazebase on the eastern side of the Kluppy Dunes. On your map, you’ll notice where the highway starts to break up. Look for the Fluff Hulk along the western side of the highway. Once you take it down, follow the marker to claim your loot.
Old World Storage 6G

You’ll find this storage to the east of Spurftop where Trim Furfur lives. The Fluff Hulk is actually to the north of the bunker on a ridge overlooking the river. Take it down and then go open the vault.
Old World Storage 4H

South of Plumsidms in the Knupstonies biome. You’ll need to take down a giant Fluff Hulk, but if you’ve claimed this region for your tribe, you’ll have the help of your tribemates. Take the beast down and claim your loot.

Today's agenda is to shop for camping supplies with Ryuji. He's waiting in Shibuya's Station Square, at the spot where Yoshida used to do his speeches. Your supposed shopping trip is quickly derailed when some celebrity catches your friend's attention. And that curiosity somehow takes the group back into the Metaverse
You will meet the Jail's monarch not long after a fight with some Shadows. She decides you're not worth her time and sends everyone to the dumps. As this is your first time in a jail, you'll only get to explore a portion of the Underground Waterway, where most of it will be spent learning about the basics of platforming and combat.
Shown above is a full map of the Waterway. The dumps is at the northwest edge and you must work your way southeast towards the Shibuya Station West Exit. For starters, approach the large crate for a cut-scene that ends in you gaining a new party member
Keep following the destination marker and go through all the tutorial encounters as you head for the goal. Looking at the map again, there is a ledge you can climb not far from where you started (turn around and backtrack a bit after the short tutorial about Using Items) to reach a treasure chest. It contains a Breath Sash (Max HP +10) accessory
Moving further south leads to another wall. The game teaches you how to double jump as soon as you reach it so that to reach the ledge, then jump again to find another treasure chest tucked away in one of the alcoves. Open it for an HP Incense. This works in the same way as the ones in Royal, except you can use them on your characters instead of Joker's Personas.
A powered-up Bicorn will be waiting near the exit so it would be wise to save your showtime attack for that one, if you managed to fill the gauge at any point while fighting Shadows. Aside from that, this enemy is just like any other Bicorn. It is weak to lightning and has Lunge as its strongest attack.
You can't switch characters yet so you can't take advantage of Ryuji's SP. The AI juat doesn't use Zio as much as you would have liked. Still, Joker has more than enough skills to take down the Dirty Two-Horned Beast. Use Zio from Pixie to exploit its weakness then attack again with One More to slowly break the two shield icons under its HP. Once both are gone, it'll be stunned and you can hit it with an All-Out Attack. Use your gun for follow-up hits that quickly close the distance in addition to damage.The larger the down gauge, the more vulnerable the enemy becomes. Notice that whenever you do damage, an orange meter is slowly exposed as the enemy's HP drops. This is the down gauge and you'll want to make it as big as possible by continuously stringing combos. Not only will you do more damage this way but it will also effectively stop a target from being able to counter. The down gauge only stays exposed for a limited time however, so you'll want to really go all-out with those combos if you wish to take advantage of it.
