WECHOICE [HẠNG MỤC LOCAL BRAND ĐƯỢC YÊU THÍCH NHẤT] – THỊ TRƯỜNG CỦA CHÚNG TA HIỆN TẠI.
Tất nhiên, mình là kẻ biết thân biết phận, biết mình biết ta – Biết thì thưa thì thốt, còn không biết thì dựa cột mà nghe. Cho nên xin phép các anh chị bên Wechoice, em sẽ chỉ dám nói về mảng mà em có kinh nghiệm nhất “Local brand Việt Nam”.
Đầu tiên – không có gì các bạn hay các founders brands không được xướng danh trong list đề cử chúng ta phải phẫn nộ hay buồn cả. Mình nghĩ cũng chưa chắc việc có bên thứ ba can thiệp hay dùng tiền gì đó thôi – chúng ta phải thẳng thắn nhìn vào cái thị trường này, đặc biệt là người mua (Ở đây chính là Gen Z, Gen Alpha).
Cái tên nói lên tất cả, Wechoice nghĩa là “Chúng ta chọn”, điều đó có nghĩa rằng đề cử này được lập ra dựa trên tiêu chí số đông, là dựa trên thị trường đại chúng. Nó không phải là “Expert Choice” hay “Hiệp hội thời trang Việt Nam’s Choice” cả “Hiệp hội thiết kế Việt Nam’s Choice” cho nên việc các ứng cử viên nổi bật và có những sản phẩm well-designed, well- material cùng các thông điệp mạnh mẽ mà các bạn nghĩ là nên xuất hiện lại không xuất hiện. Mình cảm thấy điều này khá là bình thường khi nhìn thấy danh sách đề cử trong hạng mục “Những Local Brand được yêu thích nhất”. Chữ Nhất to đùng nha các bạn.
Nào – đừng trách Ban tổ chức vội, cũng đừng phật lòng về hạng mục vì đây là một mục vô cùng mới, chứng minh rằng việc các thương hiệu Việt đang được quan tâm và những người dù chưa bao giờ tìm hiểu về thời trang đường phố nói riêng và thời trang đại chúng nói chung, lại ưu ái có một hạng mục này. Chúng ta hãy cùng phân tích về vấn đề “Tại sao những brands kia lại được đề cử?”
Hãy nhìn thẳng vào cục diện – Giới trẻ là ai? Giới trẻ hiện nay sẽ thuộc đa phần vào gen Z (Những người sinh giai đoạn 1997 – 2012) và gen Alpha (2010 – 2020s). Tất nhiên – không phải ai cũng hiểu rõ ràng và rành mạch về thời trang, về những gì mà các local brands đang làm và phát triển. Cũng không phải một cậu chàng thanh niên/ một cô gái mới lớn lại có thể phân biệt rạch ròi giữa “Fast Fashion” “Streetwear” và “Designed/Tailoring Fashion” kiểu kiểu vậy được. Chúng ta nghĩ rằng khâu kiểm duyệt ứng cử có vấn đề - nhưng đây là Prelism (Phase 1) nên hầu hết là tự ứng cử và duyệt. Kì vọng sao những con người chưa từng sống chết cùng thời trang đường phố hay còn quá trẻ có những quyết định khách quan được.
Thị trường trẻ tất nhiên sẽ yêu thích xu hướng và những gì “cool, ngầu và dễ mặc”. Bên cạnh đó với mức độ thu nhập và chi tiền cho các local brands còn chưa cao cho nên các brands đứng top đầu hầu hết sẽ là các brands phổ biến với giới trẻ hiện nay. Một điểm cộng lớn cho những bạn đang làm research về thời trang đường phố Việt Nam thì Wechoice giống như 1 bản thống kê miễn phí và thu thập database về tập tính khách hàng trẻ tại thời trang đường phố Việt hiện nay. Vô cùng sống động.
Thú thực một điều và các founder của local brands mà chúng ta – những kẻ tự xưng là yêu thời trang – yêu thích rằng đồ của họ không hề dễ ứng dụng hoặc ứng dụng được nhưng khá kén người mặc. Và đó sẽ là đất diễn cho các local brand mà các bạn cho rằng là chất lượng.
DÀNH CHO CÁC FOUNDER LOCAL BRANDS.
Các bạn chẳng có gì phải buồn cả. Vì tất nhiên, hạng mức không chứng minh được điều gì. Nó chỉ chứng minh rằng con đường mà các bạn tiếp cận thị trường đang được thể hiện ra rất rõ mà thôi. Quay trở lại câu chuyện lúc nãy, chẳng ai cũng có thể biết hết mọi thứ về thời trang, cũng chẳng biết ông designer A này, bà designer B được. Hãy ôn tồn với thị trường và hướng họ tới một thứ tốt đẹp hơn.
Một điều mà mình phải công nhận với các bạn rằng – Hạng Mục này của Wechoice là thành quả, đúng – là thành quả xứng đáng cho số tiền mà các brand top đầu trong hạng mục chi trả cho việc truyền thông và marketing. Mass marketing các bạn ạ.
Thay vì đầu tư quá nhiều cho việc thiết kế và làm phần khác biệt với thị trường – họ chọn làm thứ đại chúng và đẩy mạnh và truyền thông đại trà. Họ chi trả số tiền trăm triệu đến cả tỉ đồng cho việc thuê những KOls lớn, những lookbook và video clip đánh đúng tâm lý của Gen Z và xây dựng các tuyến truyền thông nội bộ riêng. Cái gì dở thì chúng ta nói, cái gì hay chúng ta phải công nhận.
Marketing đại trà như vậy nên thu hút được nhiều người. Và đặc biệt là giới trẻ hiện tại vốn yêu thích bằng phần nhìn và nghe hơn là tự cảm nhận nên việc họ có một lượng khách hàng hùng hậu. Âu cũng là điều dễ hiểu khi mà số lượng vote là khổng lồ.
Còn những brands khác – Xin lỗi nếu mình nói thẳng – các bạn làm đồ đẹp, đồ chất lượng. Đúng, mình biết, các bạn biết, rồi ai biết nữa. Nếu không chi trả đúng mực cho việc truyền thông hay các cách tiếp cận gần gũi và mới lạ đối với thị trường chính hay phân khúc mà các bạn nhắm tới thì muôn đời chúng ta cũng chỉ là những kẻ “Thủ dâm tinh thần lẫn nhau” “Tự làm sướng cái mắt, cái miệng rồi đói lõ mồm” thôi ra các bạn ạ. Có nhiều founders suy xét rằng – tại sao họ không được xướng tên hay lượt votes ít. Oke bạn ơi, bạn đã đầu tư bao nhiêu cho hình ảnh, lookbook, campaign hay cách tiếp cận của bạn với thị trường ra sao. Hay bạn làm đồ rồi bạn cho là đẹp, là chất lượng rồi phân trần về nó trong các groups thời trang lớn nhỏ. Chúng mình không mua đồ của bạn nếu mình không biết tới bạn, thay vì phân trần thì chúng ta hãy cùng nghĩ tiếp cận khách hàng trẻ ra sao đi.
DÀNH CHO CÁC BẠN
Cái việc này các bạn cũng gặp rồi đấy, gặp miết luôn. Để mình lấy ví dụ cho các bạn xem.
Hãy gọi Wechoice là các group thời trang lớn nhỏ hiện nay.
Các bạn có để ý rằng những post có mấy anh thanh niên đẹp trai, mấy chị em sexy khoe dáng thì lượng like (vote) lúc nào cũng cao, cao đột biến không.
Còn những người mặc đồ kiểu phá cách hay đúng một quy chuẩn thời trang mẫu mực nào đó, lượng tương tác sẽ chẳng bao giờ bằng 1 góc những người trên không?

Có đề cử thì tự hào chứ, được đề cử thì vui chứ - nhưng chung quy lại, giải thưởng cũng chỉ là một thứ áp lực lẫn động lực cho các local brands làm sao cho xứng với nó, với sự kì vọng của người tiêu dùng mà thôi. Khách hàng họ thông minh lắm, họ biết phải làm gì với những gì mà họ bỏ tiền ra và nhận được. Đừng để được xướng tên rồi nhận những cái comment như sau:
“Ối dzồi ôi, được đề cử Wechoice cơ mà đồ tao mua như …. Mày ạ”
Về cá nhân mình, nói thẳng ra một thời ước mơ của mình là được xứng danh ở Wechoice. Nhưng khi blog mình đến thời điểm hiện tại, nhận được vô vàn sự ủng hộ và yêu thương của mọi người – mình cần người đọc bên mình suốt hơn là 1 cái đề cử nào đó. Nếu có thì mình kì vọng là sẽ được chọn bởi các chuyên gia hơn. Còn không thì mình phải cố gắng hơn – thế là đủ. Như cái cách phụ huynh của một bạn đọc mình nói :
“Con là Trí Minh Lê hả. Con cô hay đọc bài của con lắm, nó khen con suốt. Anh này ghê lắm”. Rồi cô cười với mình, thế là hơn bất kì một cái đề cử nào rồi.
