【這些工具是矽谷設計師的最愛】到墨西哥做用戶測試，事先做好可以點擊流程但其實還沒建造的設計原型（prototype），看用戶喜不喜歡我們即將要交給工程師做的網站及app。用戶在有單面鏡子的小房間（沒錯，就是那種電影常常演有人在裡面不小心講了驚人的秘密，結果隔壁觀察室有人）試用，我們則在隔壁黑暗到讓人很睏的房間觀察。😆
每次測試都有很多驚訝😲，像是這幾年超流行的谷歌原質化設計趨勢（material design）當紅的「按鍵在下方」（bottom navigation）的設計。明明超大，我們墨西哥的用戶卻怎樣都看不見！😓
