A message from Nurul Nuha Anwar,and The #FreeAnwar Campaign Secretariat
Dear friends and supporters,
We are organising a #FreeAnwar Muhibbah Open House this Friday (10 February 2017) at 7pm at Sungai Buloh Prison, to mark Anwar's second year being detained for the third time as a political prisoner.
Anwar needs you, to send Najib/UMNO a clear message: We will not tolerate injustice and oppression.
Anwar has sacrificed much of his entire life. As Anwar spends his 10th year in prison for our beloved country, we seek all of your support. Let us gather at the gates of Sungai Buloh Prison, in the tens of thousands, to show the world that sacrifices of heroes will not be forgotten.
We have lined up a host of ceramahs & performances, alongside simple Malaysian refreshments. There will be a solat hajat session, lion dance performances in conjunction with Chap Goh Mei, urumee melam drum performances in conjunction with Thaipusam and poetry recitals.
There will also be a booth for new voter registration and our limited edition collections in conjunction with _Anwar 10 Years A Political Prisoner_.
Anwar also an important message for his fellow Malaysians. We will be releasing it live from the gates of Sungai Buloh Prison.
All you need to bring to the gathering is the fighting spirit Anwar has left us with. The 'Lawan Tetap Lawan' and 'Never Surrender' spirit. See you there!
