North Korea's leader Kim Jong-un called on his officials to deal with(處理) food supply issues and highlighted(強調) the danger of climate change. Typhoons last year badly impacted vital(重要的) crops, while weeks of drought(乾旱) followed by heavy monsoon(雨季) rains have damaged them this year as well.

📌 朝鮮領導人金正恩呼籲他的官員處理糧食供應問題，並強調氣候變化的危險。去年的颱風嚴重影響了重要的農作物，而數週的干旱以及隨後的季風暴雨今年也對農作物造成了破壞。

He said measures to overcome "abnormal(異常的) climate" were needed, and asked also officials to tackle(對付) drought and floods. His comments came in a speech to the ruling party's Politburo(政治局) on Thursday.

Mr. Kim had said that the "danger" of climate change had become "higher in recent years adding that "urgent action" needed to be taken.

Although North Korea has not reported any Covid cases, it has sealed its borders and imposed lockdowns.
The border closures have affected vital imports from China. "Tightening epidemic(流行病) prevention is the task of paramount(最重要的) importance which must not be loosened even a moment under the present situation," said Mr Kim, according to state media.

During the first six months of this year, individual investors accounted for 19.5% of the shares traded in the U.S stock market, up from 14.9% last year and nearly double the level from 2010, Mr. Tabb estimates.

Individuals often account for more than 80% of volume on the Shanghai Stock Exchange, while on the Korea Exchange’s main Kospi market, nearly 84% of shares traded so far this year were on behalf of individual investors, according to data compiled by Hee-Joon Ahn, a finance professor at Sungkyunkwan University in Seoul.

The individual-investing boom has led to historically high levels of “dark” trading, in which stocks are bought and sold on opaque private venues, rather than public exchanges. That is because online brokers typically funnel small investors’ trades to electronic-trading firms that execute the incoming orders.

In July, 43.2% of U.S. stock-trading volume took place off-exchange, according to Rosenblatt Securities, a brokerage firm. That is the highest level that the firm has recorded since it started tracking such data in 2008.

The firms that execute individual investors’ orders have enjoyed surging volumes. The three biggest players in that business—Citadel Securities, Virtu Financial Inc. and Susquehanna International Group LLP—traded a combined 69.4 billion shares over the counter in June, more than triple the level from November, according to Bloomberg Intelligence. The vast majority of the firms’ over-the-counter trades come from individual investors. OTC trading is a type of off-exchange trading.

Electronic-trading firms profit from individuals’ trades by collecting a small difference between the buying and selling prices of a stock. It’s hard to know how much money they are making, though, because most are private and don’t report financials.

In October 2013, Leo made his debut in the World Harmonica Festival, and excelled among all contestants by seizing the World Championship in the Test Piece Chromatic Harmonica Solo category, which is renowned as the highest honour of chromatic harmonica player.

Under the tuition of Mr. Lee Sheung-ching, Leo has gained exposure to classical harmonica training since 6. He then went on the study with Watani Yasuo from Japan, Sigmund Groven from Norway and Willi Burger from Italy respectively, during his exploration on classical music.

Since the age of nineteen, Leo has already been invited to be the adjudicator in various international harmonica festivals. His performance reveals extraordinary flexibility, ranging from classical, jazz, R&B, to rock music. The talent has sparkled off both local and international recognition. He was invited to perform in the two most renowned international festivals in Hong Kong, the Hong Kong Art Festival 2010 & on the main stage of Clockenflap 2015. Meanwhile, he has performed in more than 40 cities within Asia, Europe and North America, receiving high acclaim on his virtuosic technique and unique musical interpretation. He is currently the international endorser at the Honher Music.

Graduated from Indiana University, he primarily focuses on practicing, teaching and performing. In 2010, Leo was invited as a guest performer in the Hong Kong Art Festival with the King’s Harmonica Quintet. As the lead player in the Veloz Harmonica Quartet, he has also been invited to perform in Macau, Singapore, Prague, Munich, Ljubljana and Bratislava since 2011. In February 2014, they appeared in the TV programme “Amazing Chinese” broadcast on CCTV 1, which attracted up to 100 million audiences and received critical acclaim. As a soloist, Leo was often invited to perform and offer master classes at various international festivals and concert held in Norway, Germany, Bahamas and Korea.

Only at the age of nineteen, Leo has already been invited to be the adjudicator in various international harmonica festivals. He is also currently the international endorser at the Honher Music.

Recently in 2014, Leo has participated in a jazz tour in Poland collaborating with the prominent 3-0-3 Tango Fusion Band from Argentina. They were selected as one of the 12 finalists at the Cotai Blues & Jazz Festival in Macau. He was also invited to the main stage at the largest music festival, Clockenflap 2015 in Hong Kong as a guest musician with Yoyo Sham & Jing Wong. Meanwhile, he is actively collaborating with numerous local pop and jazz musician including Lowell Lo, Sandy Lam, Eugene Pao, Ted Lo and Yoyo Sham etc.

Next year October in the World Harmonica Festival, Leo has made his debut and excelled among all contestants by seizing the championship in the Test Piece Chromatic Harmonica Solo category, which is renowned as the highest honor of chromatic harmonica player. He is also currently the international endorser at the Honher Music.

卓彥六歲起先後隨張健寧先生及李尚澄先生習口琴，以古典音樂為基楚。但他演奏的靈活性極高，曲風不限於古典音樂，亦包括爵士音樂，民瑤，搖滾，以至流行音樂。卓彥早於2010年已有幸受邀參與英皇口琴五重奏在香港藝術節的演出，其後亦以VELOZ口琴四重奏主音的身份，以爵士音樂，民瑤及流行音樂，遠赴澳門，新加坡，布拉格，慕尼黑，盧布爾雅那，布拉迪斯拉發等表演，大受好評。叧外他亦於2012年獲邀於那威口琴協會25周年演奏會中以獨奏及二重奏方式演出，其高超的演奏技巧及細膩且有活力的音樂感於是次演奏會中獲得極高評價。而於2013年世界口琴節，他亦同為《Young Chromatic Talents》演奏會中的表演嘉賓。近年，卓彥亦於爵士音樂界大於異彩，剛於2014年6月在波蘭多個城市參與阿根廷著名探哥爵士樂隊3-0-3的巡迴演出。其精湛的即興技巧及舞台上非凡的魅力，為海外觀眾帶來深刻的演出。
