★臺灣為2019年外國人票選外派宜居國家第一名★疫情衝擊全球，而臺灣不但守住疫情，還連續兩年在世界經濟論壇(WEF)的全球競爭力報告中於「創新能力」排名亞太第1，爰就業金卡申請人數持續大幅攀升，今年1-6月的核可人數較去年同期倍增。

為增加「就業金卡」持卡人間之交流，並強化政府與持卡人間的溝通平台以及配合政府振興經濟政策，國發會特於本(109)年9月11日舉辦「就業金卡宜蘭文化之旅暨交流晚宴」，邀請就業金卡持卡人一同前往宜蘭體驗好山好水與在地文化之國旅活動٩(｡・ω・｡)و

此行除讓持卡人親手製作宜蘭餅、品嚐宜蘭遠近馳名的櫻桃鴨及金車噶瑪蘭威士忌外，並參觀傳統藝術中心及觀賞表演，讓這些外國尖端人才有機會體驗臺灣傳統藝術之美。

◉✧Stimulating National Travel! After Launching the Mode of Post Epidemic Era, National Development Council Took the Gold Cardholders to Yilan for Cultural Trip! ✧◉

★Taiwan ranked the top 1 country for foreigners to vote as the best destination for expats in 2019★The epidemic has hit the world. However, Taiwan not only has effectively responded to coronavirus disease, but also ranked No.1 in the Asia Pacific region in terms of "innovation ability" in the World Economic Forum (WEF) Global Competitiveness Report for two consecutive years. As a result, the number of applications for employment gold cards continued to rise sharply. The number of approved cases from January to June this year doubled compared with the same period last year.

In order to increase idea exchange among the "employment gold card" holders, strengthen the communication platform between the government and the cardholders, and match with the government's economic revitalization policy, the National Development Council (NDC) specially held the "1 Day Yilan Cultural Trip and Evening Reception" on September 11, 2020, inviting the employment gold cardholders to go to Yilan to experience the scenic wonderland and local culture٩(｡・ω・｡)و

In addition to making Yilan cakes and tasting the famous cherry valley roasted duck, as well as the King Car Kavalan whisky, cardholders also visited the national center for traditional arts and watched performances, which gave these foreign top talents a chance to experience the beauty of Taiwan's traditional art.

這次的台灣旅遊vlog，我們去了國立傳統藝術中心─宜蘭傳藝園區，體驗一下唐朝時代的生活！我穿著漢服搭乘園區導覽的遊河客船、看了一場關於宜蘭神話愛情故事的精彩表演、吃了很多傳統小吃、還有親手操作機杼的緙絲DIY體驗！園區內不但保留了許多傳統建築的原始風貌，還可以參加很多好玩的體驗和表演！這麼豐富的行程，都在宜蘭傳藝園區！
