The Secret for Fruitful and Rewarding Service Unto God
“the things that are excellent; that you may be sincere and without offense to the day of Christ; being filled with the fruits of righteousness, which are through Jesus Christ, to the glory and praise of God.” (Philippians 1:9-11 WEB)
Some Christians mistakenly think that the more you mature in Christ, the less you need to rely on Him—that somehow you get stronger in your own strength. Their mental picture is of a baby bird growing strong wings to eventually leave the nest.
However, the truth is the exact opposite. The more you grow in the revelation of the Gospel of Jesus Christ, the more you realize that you can’t do anything apart from Him by your own strength.
God’s will is for us to be filled with “fruits of righteousness” and these are the good works we do through Jesus working in us. Good works are fruits of righteousness because they are a result of already possessing eternal life.
We do not do good works in order to earn our righteousness.
“I am the vine. You are the branches. He who remains in me, and I in him, the same bears much fruit, for apart from me you can do nothing.” (John 15:5 WEB)
You want to serve God and be exceedingly fruitful in your service? The secret is to actively rely on Jesus’ finished work at cross as your basis for righteousness and receiving grace from God.
Depending on your flesh profits nothing, whereas continually receiving God’s Grace through the gift of righteousness makes you reign in life and be exceedingly fruitful in whatever yo do.
“You yourselves also know, you Philippians, that in the beginning of the Good News, when I departed from Macedonia, no assembly shared with me in the matter of giving and receiving but you only. For even in Thessalonica you sent once and again to my need. Not that I seek for the gift, but I seek for the fruit that increases to your account.” (Philippians 4:15-17 WEB)
When you are fruitful in good works, these deeds are recorded in God’s Books of Remembrance and will increase your heavenly rewards in the future.
“He is before all things, and in him all things are held together.” (Colossians 1:17 WEB)
Remember: you will grow up in Christ, but not to become independent from Him. We need to rely on His Grace every day, for everything.
It is His power that even holds our body together, enabling us to do the simplest of tasks!

After reading Amazon forest news, it's very sad. If you follow our work, we will know that we have been there many times to this forest.
Every time I go, it feels like it's a phenomenal place. The wilderness is 11 times bigger than Thailand. Eat 9 countries and on Earth. There is nowhere more biodiversity than Amazon forest. Every square meter of the Amazon. This forest is full of details of life. Just one tall tree under the root of the spider on the trunk is the big termite on the top of the top is the bird's nest and the Gibbon family house. This is where there are many natural details.
Therefore, every forest, every square metre burned. It's not just trees missing. It's the ecosystem. It's a life cycle that is profound beyond human comprehension.
This year, there are 72843 wildfires happening in Amazon more than last year 80 %!!! And the whole process. It's based on human results. Simply explained. Brazilian new government of President Jair Bolsonaro has an ′′ open forest ′′ policy to make space. Economy has sprung the Amazon forest this summer, more than the last 3 years!!
It's about wildfires. In the Amazon forest, it's normally over half of rain is made from trees in the forest. By releasing humidity into the atmosphere. When the forest is gone, the area dries up, the forest fire is easier ng̀āy less rain. There is no water to extinguish the fire as a reaction to the forest. It's faster to disappear.
In the world's ecosystem, don't forget that the Amazon forest absorbs the huge amount of carbon out of the atmosphere of one hundred million tons! + Now the tree that was cut or burnt, releases carbon back into the atmosphere. It's becoming an accelerated reaction to the global warming.
Just like the arctic ice that melts a lot. Reduce the white area on the earth's crust. The result is the light that shines from the sun. It doesn't reflect the atmosphere as it used to (this is the important page of the polar ice). It turns into ice. The more melting, the more accelerating the skin of the Earth accumulates more heat.
Don't think this is far away. Earth is all connected. For example, Amazon forest soil minerals that really grow trees. An important part of the sand in the Sahara desert that is on different continents and it was winded across the Atlantic Ocean in South America.
What happened in another hemisphere, it hits the rest of the people. It's fast and slow.
Now we're going to save the world as an individual. It's going to slow down the situation. But what the world really needs is a systematic international government collaboration that seems to come through every year with nothing going seriously.
In private sector, creating a new economic system that looks at market and resource management is completely different. It's very necessary because it's clear that our world can't support the current system.
Investing in an alternative energy. It has to create jobs and make profit! Creating an electric system that all people can use natural energy, produce energy for themselves to use, and sell it back. Why not! And many more, many innovations that I believe in human technology have been ready for a while. But the motivation to change seriously.
Let's do something together. ′′ At least ′′ now, I'm not in time. Now I'm very
Let's start with making Agenda the environment become something that is being talked about in Thai society. It must be said with understanding to lead to a solution that actually works in the future.
Let's come to help.Translated

Take your time go read, if u are a parent or parent to be.
What kind of children are we creating???
A few weeks ago, I had attended a birthday party of my daughter’s friend. There they played a game, the age old ‘Passing the parcel’, however, what was different was the way it was played. The child who was caught with the parcel when the music stopped was asked to leave the circle, but with that parcel as the gift, and then a new parcel was introduced. The game continued till every child got a gift. I asked the mother what was wrong with the earlier version, the version we had all grown up with.
She said – “I do not like kids to be disappointed. See, here every child is happy as he or she gets to take a gift home.”
In another instance, I was in the park with my daughter. She was playing lock and key with her friends. Now, one of her friends fell down. Her mother, who was on the other side of the park ran to his son, all confused and upset. She scooped her son in her lap and started inquiring – “Are you hurt? Let me see! Do no cry! Shush, mama is here.”
The child, had a scraped knee, who was perfectly OK till then, started crying earnestly.
I was at a friend’s home for lunch. Her 5-year old daughter refused to eat what was cooked for lunch. My friends felt so guilty that her daughter would go hungry, that she cooked up her favourite pasta immediately. According to her, it was not the first time this had happened.
At the School Sports Day, there are no races, no competition. No first, second or runner ups. Because, everyone is equal, there should be no competition between the kids.
Kids today have a room full of toys and games. Some they ask, some they do not. But, they still get them.
Everything in excess is the new mantra of life.
Our parents taught us self-reliance, while we hover around our children and want to protect them at all costs. We like to hold our babies closer to the protection of the nest. We go out of our way and rustle up something when they don’t eat what’s cooked at home for everyone else, because we don’t them to sleep hungry. Instead of letting them play outside, we organize activities for them. We do their homework and their assignments. We even resolve their conflicts for them.
It makes me wonder, what will happen to these kids when they grow up?
Will they get a gift everytime they fail? Will they be able to handle disappointment? A child who has never been denied anything, how will he cope with rejections? There are a growing number of cases when kids run away from home or commit suicide because they are not able to deal with low marks in examinations or when they fail to secure an admission in an institution of their choice.
Will their parents keep them hidden in their bosom all their life? Our mothers never ran after us, a scraped knee was just that. She would ask us to wash it with some water and then forget about it. But, there was no drama that followed.
Falling and hurting was a part of daily life for us. We cycled, climbed up trees and jumped from the stairs. Today, kids travel in elevators and escalators (because they might fall down the stairs and get themselves hurt). Earlier, kids walked and cycled. I hardly see kids walking nowadays, unless it’s for a kids’ marathon and they are required to pose for selfies with their cool mommies.
Will they shy away from competition or be able to survive it? OK, so we can accompany our kids till the college gate and sit in the waiting area while they appear for a job interview.
A child who is never used to losing – how will he survive in the big bad world?
We are raising our kids to be adult babies.
So what should we do?
Stop telling our children that they are special all the time. They are not, at least not always. So reserve the praises for the times when they actually deserve.
Stop going out of the way to create happiness in their life. The life is a mix of joys and sorrows, and it is for a reason. We have no right to interfere with the nature. So let’s stop pretending that everything is all right when it’s not. Let the kids have their fair share of disappointments at an early age. It’s better to fall at 10, than at 40 !!

Say hi to the latest addition to my balcony garden!
I’m so grateful to wake up every morning to the sound of birds chirping and the sight of glorious lush greenery all around me. But for how much longer? There are few pockets like this left.
In 2018 Malaysia lost 35,790 Stadium Merdeka’s worth of forest while that same year, 38,000 Malaysians were displaced from their homes due to climate-related disasters.
Climate change is real and it is happening.
One tree can absorb 21.8kgs of carbon, we need trees as much as trees need us to protect them.
Without protecting or preserving our forests, we aren’t just short changing over 3800 species of animals of their home but we are creating a devastating future for ourselves and our kids.
So let’s get planting! Behold my beautiful Red Flame, I can’t wait to watch it grow up !
Thank you Nature Education Society (NEST) , Taman Tugu Project, Free Tree Society, Persatuan Patriot Kebangsaan and Leo Burnett Malaysia for having me a part of this meaningful campaign.
