介紹一款蠻有好評的獨立遊戲
Night in the woods
這是一款劇情走向的2D遊戲
以對話為主，無中文，但有英文字幕
遊戲中可以跳躍，左右移動和物品互動
隨著劇情展開還有節奏遊戲可以挑戰
主角電腦裡莫名令人沈迷的遊戲也可以打很久
全破一次的時間大約是六個小時
是說我打主角的電腦遊戲有點久
所以可能實際時間短一點
NITW以頗有特色但不太可愛的擬人動物們作為主角（不過動物特色跟整體劇情基本沒關係
）
圍繞著主角Mae，以及他的兒時好友Bea、Gregg、Angus展開的一場冒險
主劇情是每隔一天就會自動展開
跟路人/鄰居對話可以展開支線讓整個故事的細節更完整
但miss也不會影響結局
想快跑到結局的玩家也可以選擇推進主劇情就好
結局分為兩種友誼結局
端看玩家與兩位好友間的互動決定
除了支線任務外
每天只能選擇一位好友進行不同的事件探索
探索完以後一天強制結束
所以想跑支線的要先跑完再去找好友
這樣的設計讓人可以很輕鬆的跑完二週目看到不同結局
不像我剛跑完的oxenfree
明知有別種結局，想到過程都差不多就有點沒力
故事開始在主角Mae正要從大學回到故鄉的小鎮
父母不知為何沒有依照約定出現在車站接他
和管理員展開了一場頗有趣的無賴對話之後
他獨自一人在黑暗中穿越森林回家
一開始還以為是驚悚遊戲，結果並不是
這是一個兼具寫實、輕鬆、溫馨與悲傷的故事
主角要上床睡覺
起床要查電腦訊息（沒手機sorry）
也可以打電腦遊戲
練習樂團的曲目（或是荒廢）
幹點壞事
探班
在小鎮走來走去探索不同的地方遇見不同的人
而且主角是一隻貓
所以他可以跳上電線桿去一些惹人討厭的地方…
每天都有不同的事件可以探索
場景跟音樂都令人相當讚嘆
細節也處理得很好
但我最喜歡的還是他的故事
不管玩家是讀書還是工作的年紀
裡面描寫出的困惑 無奈與跟現實的掙扎
看著愛過的人與地方不斷衰老失去光彩的痛苦
在最深的夜裡有過的破壞衝動
始終沒法壓抑也無法與別人說明白的感受
不知道為什麼自己會終究走到這一步的迷惘
這些感受你一定都有過
也許在遊戲中某個點會不斷重複閱讀同一句話
覺得自己就是那個主角
（國外還有不少評論說真沒想到自己會邊哭邊玩…）
'they are depressed as you are'
也許是我讀過覺得最貼切的一句形容
遊戲中的角色群個性鮮明就像你我在生活中會遇到的人
他們不完美，不優秀，不能呼風喚雨
但是十分真實
也許這是這遊戲獲得眾多玩家喜愛跟獎項的原因
隨便搜一下就可以看到各種同人以及龐大的攻略資料庫等等
總之
這個遊戲的音樂、美術跟隱喻的場景都相當優秀
背後也有相當深厚的社會意涵
而且這真的是一個好故事
