Round 1 of 2: 🍇 One of the most Northerly Bourgogne wines geographically closer to Champagne region, the cooler climate『Chablis AOC, Burgundy 勃根地之夏布利』Chardonnay's are distinctly well known for their Purity of expression, Minerality, Clean drinking less Oaky influence & personally now very suitable for Summer weather drinking with Goat Cheese or Seafood or Spiced White Meat, except the ageable varieties which can also be as memorable as the Best White Burgundies too... @VinsdeChablis
Divided into 4 Appellation Crus from "Petit Chablis" , "Chablis" , followed by "Premier 1er Cru" & "Grand Cru" , it is also subdivided into many micro-terroir 'Climats' . Here we are trying out some different Chablis wines, beautifully explained by @Wineisbeautiful_rebecca & paired with a variety of differently flavored Hors d'oeuvres & Canapés.
