［材料］
- 卵3個
- 砂糖 200g
- バター200g
- 小麦粉 450g
- バニラシュガー 小さじ 1
- ベーキングパウダー 小さじ 1
- オレンジジュース 100ml
- 細かくすりおろしたオレンジピール 大さじ1
- 皮をむいたにんじん 150g
- オレンジの絞り汁 1個分
アイシング用
- オレンジジュース 150ml
- 砂糖 400g
デコレーション用
- トッピングシュガー 大さじ２
［作り方］
1. 卵と砂糖を混ぜます. 溶かしたバターを入れよく馴染むまでかき混ぜます
2. 小麦粉、バニラシュガー、ベーキングパウダーを一緒にふるいにかけます。
3. 2とオレンジジュースを混ぜ、そこに1も加えます。
4. オレンジの皮をすりおろし、最後に細かくすりおろしたにんじんと一緒に生地を加えます。
5. クッキングシートを敷いた直径24cmの丸い形に生地を注ぎます。オーブンの真ん中で180°Cで約45分間ケーキを焼きます。
6. 焼きたてのケーキにフォークで穴を開けます。 オレンジからジュースを絞り、これをケーキが熱いうちに上からかけます。ケーキを型の中で30分間放置して冷まし、ジュースが馴染むまで待ちます。
7. 型からケーキを取り出し、プレートに移します。
8.アイシングにオレンジジュースをちょっといれて混ぜ、それをケーキの上に適当な厚さに塗ります。トッピングシュガーをかけて出来上がり！エンジョイ！
