You will set the tone and you’ll be the first impression of the guests’ experience at KARVA Salon for Ladies by Nora Danish. You will assist the Salon Management team in elevating guest service and day-to-day operations of meeting the guests’ needs and expectations.

Required Skills
+ Assist guests by providing excellent service to all appointment.
+ Check guests in and out of the salon in a timely fashion.
+ Support and Manage Inventory & Processes is maintained + To ensure that guests are greeted promptly and ensuring each guest is treated as our number one priority.
+ Balancing Opening and Closing Accounts + Assisting with daily cleaning assignments and other duties as needed.

Required Experience
+ Candidate must possess extraordinary customer service skills of at least 3 years.
+ Position requires a self-motivated, detail-oriented and organized person.
+ Excellent verbal and written skills
+ Must have the ability to listen, be patient, troubleshoot issues, and be able to multitask, and work under pressure.
+ Candidate must possess basic math skills and have working knowledge of Payment System, Microsoft Word and Excel.
+ The successful candidate must be able to work a flexible schedule that includes evenings and weekends.
+ Candidate must have the flexibility to work in multiple salons to ensure proper coverage.
+ Previous customer service experience in a Beauty Salon preferred.
+ Min 3 SPM credits (Must possesd SPM cert)
