☝🏻第一名的「麻辣乾拌麵 」：味道很香，加上微辣口感，帶出完美的香、麻、辣的結合，意外素食的味道可以那麽濃郁。我本來就喜歡吃麵，第一名就是它！

我的蔬食主義跟『Vegan』和『Vegetarian』有什麼不一樣？

Vegetarian是素食者，可能因為宗教或某種理由而在飲食上有改變，Vegan指的是純素主義，中心理念是「愛護動物」，我是因為「愛護動物」開始想避開肉食，後來因為「健康」「環保」原因，就到現在。

Have you tried buying veges from Shopee Mart? This is my first and I’m a satisfied customer. I used to place online order from Tesco but not all vegs came in tip top quality, but for Shopee Mart, they looked like the freshest I can get from the stores and the delivery is FREE for purchases above RM40. Oh! And it’s a next day delivery too!! It’s a good news to those with big family like mine because to spend RM40 on greens alone is really a lot! I hope Shopee Mart will start adding more items like poultry and fruits so grocery shopping is made easier n convenient for people like me, who don’t drive n cooks daily 🤗 Btw, Incase u didn’t know, Tesco charge RM7-RM10 for delivery regardless of how much u spent and my order is usually above RM150 on average.
