After clearing the objective "Secure a escape route" and slowly regen my health while killing the last Pacifista its time to fight Kizaru.
Remember to save after each Kizaru fight!! Especially before and after Chopper's part!!
Since my Usopp was dumb enough to take on a Pacifista early before I had to finish this fight early before Kizaru kills him.
Try to stun Kizaru first then unleash the 2 gauge bar special "ゴムゴムの暴風雨(ストーム)" Gomu Gomu no Storm. It's the most cost effective skill for just 2 bars. It deals about the same (sometime less, sometime more) damage as two ゴムゴムの回転弾(ライフル) Gomu Gomu no Rifle but saves you the time to stun again for the 2nd launch.
Additionally after ゴムゴムの暴風雨(ストーム) Gomu Gomu no Storm you can still use Dash Break to rebound him back to the air for another punish.
Tip: You can also ゴムゴムの暴風雨(ストーム) Gomu Gomu no Storm Kizaru as soon he's stun then Dash Break to rebound him for another ゴムゴムの暴風雨(ストーム) Gomu Gomu no Storm if you have パラミシア Paramecia coin set skill on for longer stun duration.
You can do a quick Dash Break by pressing □+x together and if you repeatedly press it, you will Dash Break simultaneously. Also Dash Break has a slight invincible frame that can sometime help you get out of danger.
High recommend you use Dash Break to chase Kizaru, since the camera angle is atrocious this can give you a bit of edge from getting attacked while you chase him. And plus if you happen to Dash Break toward Kizaru while he's doing a move, it will cancel it.
When Kizaru have around 40% health left, he will use two more additional moves: 八咫鏡(やたのかがみ) Yata no Kagame and 八尺瓊勾玉(やさかにのまがたま) Yasakani no Magatama. You can dodge or reduce the damage if you hurry and go behind his back before he launches it. Since around this point he would be at Chopper's location, I highly recommend you to reduce his health as fast as possible but doing the double ゴムゴムの暴風雨(ストーム) Gomu Gomu no Storm within one stun with the help of パラミシア Paramecia coin set skill. Because Chopper can die easily from these two new moves from the Kizaru.
Sony Vegas couldn't render a 4.2GB+ file thus I have to split this episode into 2 parts.
