時序剛過大暑，恰逢東京奧林匹克運動會登場；原本貓兒於2019年曾經規劃～次年要到東京看奧運（兼品味多間心水美食），不免內心百感交集，所幸好友邀貓兒前往《港澳米芝蓮指南》推薦餐廳：位於The Mira的WHISK，一同品嚐法日創意混搭料理，也稍解一下未能飛往東京品味當代日式料理之憾。

WHISK餐廳的許多食材，皆源自日本九州沿海一帶的肥沃土地（例如宮崎縣的尾崎和牛），所有海鮮則以日式手法保留其新鮮原味；曾任職於香港Robuchon數年的主廚Oliver Li所設計之おまかせ（Omakase，主廚晚宴），融入了日本真味及法式烹調概念，深受本港饕客喜愛。
