2019 Aug 9th-17th - My first time in India, my first Ayurveda treatment and my first time staying at Bethsaida Hermitage Health Resort. My aim of this trip was to experience the resort's 7-days Ayurveda Rejuvenation Wellness Package which was recommended by my bestie. I must say it was a wonderful and relaxing treatment! I would definitely plan another trip there to relax and rejuvenate.
I'm a city girl and constantly being busy, so it was way too relax for me at first, but I managed to adapt and enjoy every moment of this getaway. All I did was wake up 6:30am in the morning for yoga, had breakfast, went for my 1 and half hour massage treatment, read a book and relaxed at the premise. There are plenty of things to do at the resort, like medicare, pedicure, exercise in the gym, watch some movies in the theatre, take an afternoon nap, swimming, walk by the beach- you can't swim there in August as it is the monsoon season.
Overall, I love the relaxing treatments, healthy food prepared by their chefs wit I would love to visit this place again!

INGREDIENTS (MAKES 24 - 30)
1) 1 cup Mixed Nuts
2) 1 cup Pitted Dates
3) ½ cup Cranberries
4) 1/3 cup Cocoa Powder
5) ¼ cup Nut Butter
6) 1/3 cup Coconut Oil
7) 1/3 Shredded Coconut
STEPS:
1) Put the nuts in a container, cover with water, soak overnight and rinse it with clean water before blending.
2) Place mixed nuts, dates, cranberries, cocoa powder, nut butter and coconut oil in a blender. Blend until smooth.
3) Shape them into bite size balls and coat with shredded coconut.
Chill in the refrigerator for about one and a half hour until firm.
