先整理一下：
我15號特價買了無人深空
當天晚上用PS5 下載並遊玩約2小時
16號申請退費，就蝦雞巴寫理由
事實上我是玩了發現手把不好用
XGP上用鍵鼠比較方便
反正講效能問題客服都會接受
今天17號就退款成功了
其實使用起來PS退費效率還算愉快
然後規章說只要“下載過”，就不能退
是錯誤的
客服大概也不會去查使用情形
因為我有下載還玩過
PS遊戲庫裡現在只是多了個鎖頭
讓我不能再開遊戲而已
另外退款不能直接退錢包不太優
我反應過2次，還是只能退信用卡
