RESEPI NASI GORENG KETAM VIRAL ALA THAI 🦀

Bahan-bahan:⠀
√ 2 sudu besar minyak masak ⠀
√ 4 ulas bawang putih di cincang ⠀
√ 1 biji telur ⠀
√ 2 cawan nasi sejuk - di peroi ⠀
√ 1/2 cawan isi ketam yang di rebus⠀
√ 2 sudu teh kicap cair ⠀
√ 1 sudu teh kicap sotong ⠀
√ ½ sudu teh gula⠀
√ 1/2 sudu teh lada sulah ⠀
√ 1 tangkai daun bawang di hiris nipis⠀
√ Sedikit serbuk cili Thai ⠀
⠀
Cara Penyediaan:⠀
1. Panaskan minyak di dalam kuali besar dengan api yang sederhana. Masukkan minyak masak dan tumis bawang putih hingga berubah warna, pecahkan pula telur sambil di kacau.⠀
2. Masukkan nasi dan isi ketam dan kacau sebentar.⠀
3. Masukkan kicap sotong, kicap cair, gula, lada sulah dan kacau lagi sehingga semua bahan bercampur dan sebati.⠀
4. Masukkan daun bawang dan kacau sekadar bercampur dan matikan api. Hidangkan dengan serbuk cili Thai, potongan limau dan cili padi.⠀
p/s: Untuk topping macam dalam gambar, goreng telur add-on secara berasingan dan tambahkan isi ketam😋

Udang Kangkung Stail Masakan Padang
Bahan-bahan kisar:
3 biji cili merah
7 biji cili padi
1 inci kunyit
Sehiris lengkuas
1 inci halia
2 batang serai
5 biji bawang merah
3 ulas bawang putih
1 sudu kecil biji ketumbar
Bahan-bahan lain:
1 kilo udang
1 ikat kangkung
1 kotak santan (200ml)
2 helai daun salam
2 keping asam keping
2 helai daun kunyit
3 helai daun limau purut
2 sudu besar kerisik
1 kiub pati ayam
Gula & garam secukup rasa
Cara-caranya:
1. Kisar semua bahan-bahan kisar
2. Panaskan minyak dan tumis bahan kisar sehingga naik minyak, masukkan air dan biar reneh lagi sekali, masukkan daun salam & asam keping
3. Kemudian masukkan udang, daun kunyit, daun limau purut
4. Masukkan kiub pati ayam, kerisik dan masukkan santan, perasakan dgn garam & gula
5. Kacau rata bila dah menggelegak boleh masukkan kangkung. Lagi banyak lagi sedap!
6. Dah layu, boleh tutup api dan makan dgn nasi panas

Blood cockles - colloquially known as see hum or si hum - were really cheap back in the days. They used to be 50 cents (Singapore dollars) for a kilo but now it's about S$14 per kilo. See the difference? According to Channel News Asia, cockles are becoming more expensive because of pollution and over-harvesting. Hopefully with aquaculture, the supply of cockles can once again be bountiful. Due to the surge in pricing, usually it will cost you quite a bit if you were to order this at a food centre or restaurant. That's why we decided to share this recipe with you so that you can easily make this dish whenever you see cockles being sold at a market near you. If you are a fan of cockles from Putien Restaurant, you may want increase the amount of sugar used because their version is a lot sweeter than ours.
