2017年的11月10日是我一生中最美好的夜晚之一。遺憾的是，我們似乎沒有把世界上最具實驗性的調酒師的獎杯帶回台灣，我們已經盡力而為。過去的四天，我們每天在密集的日程安排之後仍然熬夜彩排，無論如何，我想祝賀西班牙隊贏得冠軍。

The evening of 10 November 2017 was one of the best in my life. Pity as it may seem that we did not bring the trophy of World's Most Experimental Bartender back to Taiwan, we have done the best out of our best. For the past four days, we practiced every night at our accommodation after an intensive schedule of the day. I want to congratulate Team Spain for winning the champion.
The participating countries include the UK, Dubai, Israel, South Korea, India, Spain, Mexico, Bulgaria, and Taiwan. I have met so many interesting people. Thanks Glenfiddich for giving us such an unforgettable trip, I've learned so much. Thanks Jun for bringing me here. He has been putting so much effort for this competition, which will make him grow, improve, and become a remarkable bartender. Thanks Glenfiddich Taiwan and Nicole who has been helped us a lot with all the trivial stuff.
