Patience is one of the most excellent virtue in Islam that encompasses forbearance, determination, sacrifice, commitment and restraint. It is one of the greatest blessings granted to a person:
⭐️The Prophet (saw) said,
وَمَا أُعْطِيَ أَحَدٌ عَطَاءً خَيْرًا وَأَوْسَعَ مِنَ الصَّبْرِ
None is granted a blessing better and greater than patience. [al-Bukhari]
⭐️The Prophet (saw) also said:
عَجَبًا لأَمْرِ الْمُؤْمِنِ إِنَّ أَمْرَهُ كُلَّهُ خَيْرٌ وَلَيْسَ ذَاكَ لأَحَدٍ إِلاَّ لِلْمُؤْمِنِ إِنْ أَصَابَتْهُ سَرَّاءُ شَكَرَ فَكَانَ خَيْرًا لَهُ وَإِنْ أَصَابَتْهُ ضَرَّاءُ صَبَرَ فَكَانَ خَيْرًا لَهُ
How amazing is the case of the believer; there is good for him in everything, and this is not the case with anyone else except in the case of a believer. If he experiences something pleasant, he is thankful, and that is good for him; and if an adversity reaches him, he is patient, and that is good for him.” [Muslim]
