這些生活上再平凡不過的瑣碎事，也許聽在台灣人眼裡微不足道。
但其實對於外籍人士來說，是個永遠的痛。
我們常常不經意的在台日常生活中，一巴掌被巴醒：「誒，不要忘記你不是台灣人！」
等了十年，終於、好像，快等到了。
如果順利在明年將外籍人士的統一證號修改成台灣身分證的規格，外籍人士們會痛哭流淚。
以後辦理銀行、會員、公家機關、訂票、取票、發票中獎等都會方便很多。
重點是，可以在台灣活得更像台灣人。
謝謝台灣沒有放棄我們。
