💡DETAILS: [Dropper bottle: CBD Raspberry Seed Oil, Sandalwood Essential] Raspberry oil with CBD is a very effective natural cosmetic product that is quickly absorbed, supports skin regeneration and protects against oxidative stress. Hydrates and revitalizes the skin. It removes pores of impurities and dead cells. It contains sandalwood, which helps to concentrate and harmonizes during emotional stress. It can be used as a tonic for hair nutrition or in the bath as aromatherapy.
🔴MY REVIEW: MOIA ELIXIRS N°37 with CBD formula can also be used as a daily hair care oil. Using it on my scalp, my scalp is healthier than before. In addition to protecting the skin, this product can also help keep the scalp healthy. Using one to two drops each time can effectively calm my scalp and keep my hair shiny without frizzy feeling. Highly recommend.

🔴MY REVIEW: CBD has recently become a new favorite in the beauty industry. Its excellent calming, soothing and anti-inflammatory effects can effectively improve skin problems. My skin is sensitive to redness, so I will use this CBD-containing Marula skin care oil before going to bed. Only two to three drops each time can calm the skin, reduce redness, and protect the skin. The barrier is strengthened. If you have sensitive skin like me, then MOIA ELIXIRS N°01 is definitely worth a try! MOIA ELIXIRS N°01 can reduce skin inflammation, soothe the skin and balance oil. Today marks my 15th birthday. One year older! And somehow, for the first time in all my 15 years, I find myself at a loss for words. I look at the past events, all the things I’ve done, I’ve experienced, and I’ve achieved these last few years, combined with all the blessings I’ve received along the way and for whatever reason, I am honestly speechless. I sat down to write this thinking that it would be a simple birthday post, then the whole feeling hit me.
Trying to push the whole ‘speechlessness’ thing aside hasn’t really worked, so I thought it would only be best to dig a bit more into it. And doing so has led me to realise that maybe, just maybe, this time around, after having reflected on my previous years, I’m meant to be speechless. It’s my cue to take my metaphorical slate, wipe it clean, and do something different by branching out - may The Almighty open up more doors for me!
Admittedly, challenging myself to try new things and trudging forward is not an easy job; in fact, it does seem rather daunting to myself at times, which is why I couldn’t consider myself luckier to have been accompanied all this while by my parents - Mrs Mom & Mr Dad - my two closest companions. To be quite frank, ‘lucky’ doesn’t even begin to encapsulate the blessing that Mrs Mom & Mr Dad are. With any path I have taken, they have always given their utmost support, and I know very well that with any path I choose to take from now, they will not only give their invaluable support, but expert, one-of-a-kind guidance.
Such an incomparable, unique and personal support system has given me the self-strength that I needed to challenge myself more. In past years, I’ve prayed to God for health, happiness, safety, and other abstract concepts along the same lines. For this year, I think that the only thing I’d really like (aside from that eternally-treasured spot in Jannah for me and my loved ones) is opportunity. After my pondering, and my realisation of the opportunities I’ve had and how they’ve panned out, I pray for more chances at using opportunity. Let’s see where my 15th slate takes me this year.

🧐 The lack of scepticism deployed on social media with regards to fitness is quite bonkers. If you found out someone who had been advising you on how to get to rich had been handed $1mil to start their portfolio, would their advice feel as relevant to you?

I know plenty of people in good shape who haven’t got a fucking clue why or how other than that it requires some effort 🤷🏻♂️ The reason they’ve got a bigger chest than their other friend who works out? “Oh, my chest workouts are INNNSANNNEE” and not “I’ve got a large rib cage & good insertions + I train pushing movements often”. Thankfully most of them aren’t coaches, but there are plenty online selling their magical programs or providing advice with no context.

I could have easily been one of them. Once we hit puberty, my siblings & I were all slim and had solid intuitive eating habits having grown up in an essentially sugar-free, junkfood-free household. I was just a “hard-gainer”, not helped by preferring a nutrient-dense diet. Eating enough pizzas and spending enough hours in the gym would probably have given me a physique that convinced people I knew everything necessary to help them. In reality it would have equipped me to help no one other than myself (and barely).

Likewise with a coach who has shown an ability to get results with either a wide range of clients or a large number of clients with a similar profile to yourself. Keep in mind that coaches who only train the genetically gifted (like athletes) end up with a comically poor perspective on what the general population need and their $19.99 programs will probably display that. New mums taking training advice from some 22 year old failed college athlete turned callisthenics advocate might want to re-think.

Genetics aren’t to be used as a means of discrediting someone’s achievements or justifying someone’s lack thereof, but they should not be discounted when assuming someone’s personal results warrant taking their advice.

How to be creative? You have to find inspiration, it doesn't find you.
1) I really have to care about the subject because if I don't, it's hard for me to tap into my subconscious to allow inspiration to happen. Caring about someone and something is personal. More often than not, it's a form of responsibility for me. Other times, it's pure fun and entertainment. So, if your job is to be creative, find a reason and conviction for the project at hand because caring about the project is your source of energy, so you may be brave to take the lead to dive deep into the abyss of the creative unknown.
2) If you are scared? Find inputs. Do research. Consciously feeding my subconscious mind is one of the most important steps I do for staying creative. Nothing is original. Every original man-made creation is an inspiration from everyday life, an alchemy of great ideas, or a hybrid of someone else's work. That is just the way it is.
3) Tap into your subconscious. Take time for it. Take a walk. Go for a jog. Take a shower. Now we talk about science. Our subconscious mind is the most active when we are relaxed. Our conscious mind pays attention to information all around us at the moment, but our subconscious mind contains the other 99% of the information we have come across in our entire lives. Such a powerful machine, why not tap into it? Now we wonder how many of the great ideas we know today were conceived while sitting on the toilets.
