I used to think that only outfit and makeup could make a difference when it comes to styling. But ever since I pierced my ears and have more earrings, I realize accessories actually helps me a little more on styling.
It gives me a new opportunity to style with a diff vibes. How about an everyday accessories such as these gold rings and necklaces?! I feel so feminine whenever I can complete my look with all these accessories. 會比較斯文😂also look more stylist whenever I need to take some closer shots.
Although we can’t dress up nicely and go out freely due to the pandemic but it’s good to dress up nicely for a day at home like this. Just put on my favorite eyeshadows shades and styled with new accessories. Then looking at my collection and tidying up my room. I realize this is also a way of loving yourself.
I just check on my calendar, for the whole month in May, I haven been really pampering myself as most of the time I only rush to get my work done, feeling anxious about the latest news, afraid of the uncertainties until one point that I forgot to enjoy all these little me time.
All I know is to make sure I get things done within the day. I need more ‘me day’ like this day. Waking up not reading any news, not looking at the numbers of cases, not to worry about when can I go out, just focus on what I wanted, thinking about what should I try to bake later, what dinner I should cook tonight, how I can put on my favorite accessories like these one I got from @aureliaatelier , then put on my AirPods, turn on my favorite song as loudly as possible, blank mind but feeling grateful because we are still alive.
I need a day where I can escape from being the usual me and doing the unusual thing, exploring new country, trying new food, chilling with friends at the beach and all of that will happen again when the pandemic is over. But just it seems to be delayed again. Please take a good care and stay home as much as possible. It’s just the beginning and we got more to go. I hope we won’t get the 5 digits so soon, please hold a little longer and I wish to see a significant drop soon.
