Hottest wanton mee in Singapore at the moment. Managed to get it within 10 minutes because I was passing there at 7am. It is an authentic HK style wanton mee at half the restaurant price. Overall, it is quite nice though I prefer stronger flavours. I love their wanton made with Kurobuta pork and sea prawns. Nice sambal too. First trip to home-based cafe @thealchemistscafe located at the housing behind the breadboss shop lot around Damai. So convenient and fast response via DM. Kitakata Ramen Noodles kit. Kitakata ramen is Fukushima prefecture specialty. The feature is thin curly noodle, soy sauce based soup and Chashu pork. I bought it from Bannai(famous Kitakata ramen shop) online store. I like Bannai's Chashu pork. It's very soft and savory. The 4 meal pack price is 2780 yen(25 USD).

Hoto Noodles meal kit. If you have watched anime 'Yurucamp, Laid-Back Camp', you may know Hoto noodles. It's Yamanashi prefecture specialty. It uses Hoto noodles(like a flat udon noodles) and many vegetables, mushrooms and pork. I bought it from Funari(Yamanashi Hoto restaurant) online store. The Funari's Hoto(Golden Hoto) is the winner of 3 consecutive years of Hoto contest. The 3 meal pack price is 4860 yen(44 USD). It's pricey, but the hoto kit is the same of their restaurant's Hoto. So you can eat their Hoto without going to Yamanashi prefecture. It's convenient, isn't it?
