✅8月23日，孫處長與鄧振中政委會面，討論美台經濟商業關係，以及經濟繁榮夥伴對話。當天稍後，孫處長拜會經濟部長王美花，雙方針對透過經濟繁榮夥伴對話所達成的進展、美台供應鏈合作、能源安全、女性創業學院等議題交換意見。
✅8月24日，孫處長拜會國發會主委龔明鑫，討論台灣的新發展政策與策略、半導體供應鏈安全、美台數位經濟論壇，以及產業合作。
✅8月25日，孫處長拜會國防部長邱國正，討論雙方關切的議題。同一天稍晚，孫處長拜會行政院副院長沈榮津，會中，孫處長感謝沈副院長率領口罩產能增加，讓台灣能夠捐贈口罩給美國等許多國家。
✅8月27日，孫處長與教育部長潘文忠會面，雙方討論美台教育倡議、台灣傅爾布萊特計畫，以及台灣在教育事務的優先議題。孫處長本周的拜會行程也在這場會議之後畫下句點。
🤝在這些會面中，孫處長重申她對推動並深化美台夥伴關係的承諾，並強調美台共享的民主和經濟價值，以及美國對台灣恆久的承諾。

✅This week Director Sandra Oudkirk met with Minister without Portfolio John Chen-chung Deng on August 23 to discuss the U.S.-Taiwan economic and commercial relationship and the Economic Prosperity Partnership Dialogue (EPPD) and with Minister of Economic Affairs Wang Mei-hua to talk about progress achieved through the EPPD, U.S.-Taiwan supply chain cooperation, energy security, and our joint work on the Academy of Women Entrepreneurs.
✅Director Oudkirk and National Development Council Minister Dr. Kung Ming-hsin met on August 24 to talk about Taiwan’s new development policy and strategy, semiconductor supply chain security, the U.S.-Taiwan Digital Economy Forum, and industrial cooperation.
✅ The following day, she met with Vice Premier Shen Jong-chin, where she thanked him for his leadership in significantly boosting facemask production, enabling Taiwan to donate facemasks to many countries including the United States and with Minister of National Defense Chiu Kuo-cheng to discuss issues of mutual interest.
✅ Director Oudkirk concluded this week’s courtesy calls by meeting Minister of Education Pan Wen-chung today to talk about the U.S.-Taiwan Education Initiative, the Fulbright Program in Taiwan, and Taiwan’s priorities in the education sector.
🤝During these meetings, Director Oudkirk reiterated her commitment to advancing and deepening the U.S.-Taiwan partnership, stressed the common democratic and economic values that the United States and Taiwan share, and emphasized the United States’ enduring commitment to Taiwan.
