สวิตเซอร์แลนด์ อนุมัติ! กองทุน Crypto ตัวแรก ที่ถูกต้องตามกฎหมาย!!

การยอมรับ Cryptocurrency ยังคงได้รับแรงผลักดันในสวิตเซอร์แลนด์ เนื่องจากหน่วยงานด้านการเงินในท้องถิ่นให้การอนุมัติด้านกฎระเบียบเพิ่มเติม สำหรับเครื่องมือการลงทุนใน crypto

โดยหน่วยงานกำกับดูแลตลาดการเงินของสวิส (FINMA) ได้อนุมัติ Crypto Market Index Fund เป็น"กองทุน crypto แรก ตามกฎหมายของสวิส" ที่ผู้มีอำนาจประกาศอย่างเป็นทางการเมื่อวันที่ 29 กันยายน

ซึ่งกองทุน launched โดย Crypto Finance เป็นผู้จัดการสินทรัพย์ของชาวสวิสและบริหารงานโดยบริษัทจัดการการลงทุนอย่าง PvB Pernet von Ballmoos AG ที่เป็นผู้ดูแล SEBA Bank AG

FINMA ตั้งข้อสังเกตว่า กองทุนที่ได้รับการอนุมัติใหม่นี้ จำกัดเฉพาะนักลงทุนที่มีคุณสมบัติเหมาะสม โดยส่วนใหญ่ลงทุนในคริปโตเคอเรนซีหรือสินทรัพย์ดิจิทัล “บนพื้นฐานของเทคโนโลยีบล็อกเชนหรือ distributed ledger technology”

ด้านหน่วยงานกำกับดูแล กล่าวว่า กองทุน Crypto Market Index Fund สามารถลงทุนใน cryptocurrencies ชั้นนำที่มี "ปริมาณการซื้อขายที่สูง"

จากข้อมูลของ Crypto Finance กองทุนจะติดตาม performance ของ Crypto Market Index 10 ซึ่งเป็น product ที่บริหารโดย SIX Swiss Exchange

“วัตถุประสงค์ของ Crypto Market Index 10 คือ การวัด performance ของสินทรัพย์และ tokens crypto ที่ใหญ่ที่สุด มีสภาพคล่องที่ดี และเพื่อให้เป็นเกณฑ์มาตรฐานที่ลงทุนได้ สำหรับสินทรัพย์ประเภทนี้” Crypto Finance กล่าว

FINMA เสริมว่า นักลงทุนจะต้องลงทุนผ่านคู่สัญญาที่จัดตั้งขึ้น ซึ่งอยู่ใน member countryของ Financial Action Task Force เท่านั้น และต้องอยู่ภายใต้กฎระเบียบป้องกันการฟอกเงิน

ในการร่วมอนุมัติกองทุน FINMA ยังได้อนุมัติ SEBA Bank AG ให้เป็นบริการรับฝากทรัพย์สินระดับสถาบัน โดยให้ใบอนุญาต CISA แก่บริษัท

ก่อนหน้านี้ หน่วยงานอนุญาตให้ SIX Swiss Exchange เปิดตัว digital marketplace และศูนย์รับฝากหลักทรัพย์ ที่ distributed ledger technology ในต้นเดือนกันยายน

I’ve been doing so much virtual meets and trainings, I knew that it was time for some quality time with the kiddos.

Our kids are all water babies.

Such a pity we can’t go to the pool just yet. So we improvise.

Last week, in my @gramfortheclean #CleanPON challenge , one of the first things I “attacked” was this bathtub as it was housing a lot of our fish equipment.

After a good scrub (with Norwex Microfibre and diluted bathroom cleaner of course ❤️‍🔥), the tub was ready for some bath bomb action using Offspring’s latest product - Fizzy Bubbly Bath Bombs in Eucalyptus and Lavendar!

Ilon enjoyed it sooo much, he wailed a good 10 minutes when we forced him out from the tub. Poor fella. 😅

Sorry kiddos. Mama has been super saiko with work of late.

I knew it was time to switch off my PC when Isidore came in with a note for me which had instructions including “playtime with Mama 😓🙏🏻”

Job Description
