只要1種材料!超級無敵簡單啊!
吃過自己做的,我不會再去外面買了!
自製的更香更濃稠,一吃就上癮!
還有一個bonus,就是自己做的想加什麼就加什麼,肉桂粉、香草精、或是可可粉做成可可杏仁醬!
想到我就流口水了!
市售的有很多都有加糖,或是添加棕櫚油等等不好的油
自己做的你可以用代糖,就不擔心爆碳囉!

I can't tell you how regret I am to have ever spent over $7 dollar to buy store almond butter.
What was I thinking!?
I just made almond butter myself today and it was ready to be enjoyed in 20 min!
It's so creamy and much cheaper.
The bonus?
You can add in things like pumpkin spice (hello, fall!), cinnamon, or even cocoa powder to make it into chocolate almond butter!

Nasi Ala Kak Wook 😜 raya ke dua
Sedapp sangat anak anak & suami pakat puji
Taim panas panas merecikk. Ratah ayam part paling syiokkk.
Model utama:
Nasi putih tanak letak daun pandan simpul. Khasiat banyak tauuu.
Gulai Ayam:
~bawang bombay - 4 labu
~bawang putih - 5 ulas
~halia - 1 inci setengah
~rempah kari daging - 3 sudu
~rempah kerutub - 1 sudu
~Kacang panjang - potong
~Terung potong kecik2
~Leher ayam, kaki ayam, sayap dan paha dipotong2 kecil.
~Santan (jgn pekat sgt)
~ Garam dan kiub ayam
~ 1 kerek nisan
Cara-Caranya
1. Blend bawang merah putih halia & lengkuas hingga lumat dan tumis sampai wangi.
2. Rempah kari & rempah kerutub bancuh dgn air dan gaul pada ayam. Perap sekejap.
3. Kemudian masukkan kedalam bahan2 yg ditumis tadi. Masukkan ayam dan masak ayam empuk. Masukkan santan. Masak sehingga mendidih dan kuahnya sedikit pekat. Masukkan terung dan kacang panjang.
4. Masuk garam, gula nisan dan serbuk kiub ayam. Masak sekejap.
Ayam Goreng Harum:
~1 ekor Ayam - potong kecik2
~Garam- 2 sudu kecik
~kunyit hidup - 2 inci tumbuk lumat
~serbuk kunyit - 1 sudu kecik
~serbuk cili - 1 sudu kecik
~*Daun kari 3 tangkai
#Tips daun kari untuk rasa, bau dan lalat tak suka bau ni. Wallllahhhh!
Cara2nya
1) Ayam basuh bersih dan toskan.
2) Potong kecik. Lumurkan ayam dgn bahan2 diatas dan perapkan sekejap.
3) Goreng ayam dlm minyak terendam sampai sederhana garing.
Sambal Belacan Ala Kak Wok:-
4 biji cili kering - direbus
Cili padi ikut pedas
2 inci belacan
1 labu bawang besar dibakar
1 labu bawang putih dibakar
Gula, garam, perasa
Air asam jawa
Cara2nya:-
Blend semua bahan diatas kemudian masukkan perahan asam limau kasturi berserta dgn kulitnya.

The ways
1. Blend of garlic garlic & Galangal until it's squish and stir-fry until it smells good.
2. Spice Curry & Spice Spice Mix with water and gaul on the chicken. Marinated for a while.

スーパーなどでよく売っているオートミールをみなさんご存知ですか?
スーパーフードと呼ばれるくらい栄養豊富で、いろんな料理にも使えるんです!
今回は材料を混ぜて丸めるだけの超簡単なスイーツレシピ♪
3種で自分に合うフレーバーをぜひ作ってみてくださいね♡
オートミールボール3種
■アップルパイ味オートミールボール
15個分
材料:
青りんご(千切にして水分を軽く絞り出しておく) 40g
アーモンドバター 80g
メープルシロップまたはハチミツ 85g
バニラエクストラクト 小さじ1
オートミール 120g
シナモン 小さじ1
塩 1つまみ
作り方:
1. ボウルに青りんご、アーモンドバター、メープルシロップまたはハチミツ、バニラエクストラクトを入れて、よく混ぜる。
2. オートミール、シナモン、塩を加えて混ぜ合わせる。
3. 冷蔵庫で30分冷やす。
4. (3)をスプーンで(大さじ1ほど)手に取り、ボール状に丸めたら、完成!
※密閉容器に入れて1週間ほど冷蔵保存できる
■クランベリー&ナッツ オートミールボール
15個分
材料:
ドライクランベリー 40g
アーモンドバター 160g
メープルシロップ 85g
バニラエクストラクト 小さじ1
オートミール 80g
ピーカンナッツ(砕いておく) 大さじ2
塩 1つまみ
作り方:
1. ボウルにドライクランベリー、アーモンドバター、メープルシロップ、バニラエクストラクトを入れて、よく混ぜる。
2. オートミール、ピーカンナッツ、塩を加えて混ぜ合わせる。
3. 冷蔵庫で30分冷やす。
4. (3)をスプーンで(大さじ1ほど)手に取り、ボール状に丸めたら、完成!
※密閉容器に入れて1週間ほど冷蔵保存できる
■パンプキンパイ味オートミールボール
15個分
材料:
かぼちゃピューレ 75g
アーモンドバター 80g
メープルシロップまたはハチミツ 85g
バニラエクストラクト 小さじ1
オートミール 120g
シナモン 小さじ1/4
ナツメグ 小さじ1/4
生姜パウダー 小さじ1/4
塩 1つまみ
作り方:
1. ボウルにかぼちゃピューレ、アーモンドバター、メープルシロップ、バニラエクストラクトを入れて、よく混ぜる。
2. オートミール、シナモン、ナツメグ、生姜パウダー、塩を加えて混ぜ合わせる。
3. 冷蔵庫で30分冷やす。

3 Energy Bites Perfect For Fall
■Apple Pie Bites
Ingredients
for 15 bites
⅓ cup green apple (40g), grated, excess liquid squeezed out
⅓ cup almond butter
¼ cup maple syrup (85g), or honey
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 ½ cups rolled oats (120g)
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 pinch of salt
Preparation
1. In a medium bowl, combine the grated apple, almond butter, maple syrup, and vanilla, and stir until smooth.
2. Add the oats, cinnamon, and salt, and mix until evenly distributed.
3. Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
4. Use a tablespoon to scoop out the mixture, then roll into balls with your hands.
5. Store in the refrigerator in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
6. Enjoy!
■Cranberry Pecan Bites
Ingredients
for 15 bites
⅓ cup dried cranberries (40g)
⅔ cup almond butter (160g)
¼ cup maple syrup (85g)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup rolled oats (80g)
2 tablespoons chopped pecan
1 pinch salt
Preparation
1. In a medium bowl, combine the cranberries, almond butter, maple syrup, and vanilla, and stir until smooth.
2. Add the oats, pecans, and salt, and mix until evenly distributed.
3. Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
4. Use a tablespoon to scoop out the mixture, then roll into balls with your hands.
5. Store in the refrigerator in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
6. Enjoy!
