Come 2022, these three will be embarking on their Primary 1, Upper Primary and Secondary 1 journeys. Yup, huge milestones for all of them, right?
As a mum, I am always concerned about the health of my kids and that includes their spinal health too. However, despite my kids' best efforts to pack their school bags, I still find that they are rather heavy on most days - I always ask them if they brought a rock, haha.
