Tiger Muay Thai fighter Valentina Shevchenko does a bit of ground and pound exercises in preparation for her upcoming fight at UFC 196 in Las Vegas where she takes on #4 ranked women's bantamweight Amanda Nunes.
Shevchenko is a 17 x world champ and is 11-1 in mma winning her UFC debut a few months back.
Headlining UFC 196 is Connor McGregor vs. Rafael dos Anjos and Holly Holm vs. Miesha Tate.
