「第一次創業最困難的是什麼？」
Bernard: 團隊管理是最困難的，要讓自己的團隊對公司有認同感，我也會分別和每一個團隊成員吃飯，了解他們的目標：你兩年內希望自己達到什麼樣的成就？

「身為一個創業者，你怎麼分配你的時間？」
Bernard: 我基本上就是睡很少，只會留固定的時間看書確保自己有學習和成長，定給自己的目標一定要想辦法在時間內完成。
Kevin: 除了堅持運動習慣之外，我不太有固定的行程，都是看當時的目標來排定我的行程。

「Mentor 對你的創業有怎麼樣的幫助呢？」
Bernard: 加入我們的 CTO 其實就是我之前的 mentor，我發現能夠從 AppWorks Accelerator 獲得最多的往往是那些渴望成功的人，他們會不停的與人交談、從中吸取經驗，或許不會獲得立即的成效，但這些聯繫總有一天會連起來。
Kevin: 因為計程車產業十分在地化，所以 mentor 的幫助對我們來說非常重要，我從 mentor 身上學到要如何爭取合作機會。

「什麼樣的資源對你來說幫助最大？」
Bernard: 我在這裡學到很多東西都是一陣子之後才發現他的好處，例如：練習如何 pitch 讓我在 Rise 和 IVS 演講有很好的成果、募資時看了一本書才想起 AppWorks 之前有推薦過我。最重要的是，AppWorks 會幫助你成為一個更好的 founder，成為你想成為的 founder。

「給剛開始創業的 founder 一些建議？」
Bernard: 最困難的都是心理層面的，多和身邊的創業者做朋友、要有正面思考和做夢的能力，You only get out what you put in。
Kevin: 你要始終如一，創業路上會遇到很多挑戰，你必須不停向前走、不停和人對話，不要害怕被拒絕。

🎉Our recent 5 day trip to 🇭🇰 Hong Kong was a blast! We brought 8 startup teams (@unH3o, Hahow 好學校 ReCactus, Screea 團團賺, STO MAP, Addweup, PiStage: Next-Gen Pipeline for Previs & Animation, CLEF Technology) to join us for our awesome #TaiwanRocks Pavilion at RISE. It was so much fun to meet a ton of SEA startup ecosystem players. 🙏Thanks to everyone who stopped by our Pavilion!

On our first day, we stopped by the APAC Startup Ecosystem Forum held by La French Tech, SendGrid, and Startup Grind HK to learn more about how startups can thrive in different local ecosystems. Our very own General Manager, Holly Harrington, had the pleasure of speaking on one of the panels sharing the importance of not only building a collaborative ecosystem but also bridging 🌁 the different local ecosystems. We are also grateful to have visited Tink Labs Ltd., where we learned more about their founding story and 🌍 global expansion strategy.

Next, we showcased our bright yellow 🤟 #TaiwanRocks Pavilion for 3 days at the RISEconference. Many people stopped by to learn more about our startups and how much #TaiwanRocks and to say hi to Todd our infamous cat 😻 mascot. By the way, did we mention ReCactus represented Taiwan and won 1st place 🏆 for the Runway to RISE pitch competition?! Woot!

To end the 3 day conference, we held our own #TaiwanRocksHK Demo Day (special thanks to our partners Global Sources and Garage Academy to make this possible). Our 8 startups had the opportunity to pitch on stage and share with the world how they're disrupting different industries! Last, to wrap up our entire trip, we visited Casetify HQ and Buyandship 國際網購轉運（香港） . At Casetify, founder Wes and VP of BD Harvey gave the inside scoop 🍨 on secret marketing and growth hacks. At BuyandShip, co-founders Wilson and Sheldon gave us a tour of their warehouse and how they’re making the customer buying/shipping experience easier. Thanks for hosting us!
