Selalu dengar resepi Ayam Percik kan? Haa..kali ini jom kita cuba resepi Ikan Percik pulak! 😄 Mesti terliur dibuatnya

🛒 Korang hanya perlukan 🛒
4 Biji bawang Besar
2 inci Kunyit
2 Inci Halia
3 Batang Serai (dipotong)
200ml Krim Kelapa Rasaku
2 Sudu Cili Kisar
Gula & Garam Secukup Rasa
Daun pisang
Ikan Siakap (atau mana-mana jenis ikan ikut kesukaan anda)
Minyak Masak Kelapa Rasaku

🐟 Cara Membuat Ikan Percik 🐟
1️⃣ Tumbukkan Bawang Besar, Kunyit, Halia dan juga Serai sehingga lumat
2️⃣ Campurkan dengan Krim Kelapa Rasaku dan Cili Kisar. Jangan lupa letak Garam dan Gula secukup rasa.
3️⃣ Lumurkan Ikan dengan Kuah Percik
4️⃣ Bungkuskan dengan Daun Pisang dan Bakarkan.
5️⃣ Jangan lupa percikan dengan Minyak Masak Kelapa Rasaku dan Kuah Percik.

Haaa..kalau dapat bakar ikan macam ni sambil berkelah di tepi tasik, lagi mantap kan? Apa lagi, cubalah sekarang!

-2 ulas bawang putih
-6 ulas bawang merah@1 bawang besar
-3 inci halia
-2 batang serai(potong kecil)
-2 sudu ciliboh(nak lg pedas letak lebih)
-1/4 cawan santan pekat
-gula&garam secukup rasa

***blender semua bahan... Perap ayam selama 2jam+++..lagi lama perap lagi sedap... Bakar suhu 170 selama 15min..kalih bakar lagi 10min...siappp...
