老舗のそば屋で元祖の看板メニューを味わう！神奈川県横浜市『角平（かどへい）』にお邪魔しました。昭和25年創業の老舗蕎麦屋で海老天がつけ出汁に入った「つけ天」発祥のお店として知られています。店内に入ると正面には著名人の写真が大きく掲げられ、老舗ならではの落ち着いた雰囲気が漂っていました。徒歩圏内にある家系ラーメン店にはよく伺っていましたが、近くにこのような歴史を感じさせるお店があったことを改めて知りました。早速、お店の様子からご覧ください！

Enjoy the original signboard menu at a long-established soba restaurant! I visited "Kadohei" in Yokohama City, Kanagawa Prefecture. It is a long-established soba restaurant founded in 1950 and is known as the origin of "Tsuketen", which is a soup stock made with shrimp tempura. When I entered the store, a large photo of a celebrity was displayed in front of me, creating a calm atmosphere unique to a long-established store. I often visited Iekei Ramen shops within walking distance, but I learned again that there was a shop nearby that made me feel this kind of history. Please take a look at the store immediately!
