我是VCO的新手，已讀過Razavi裡面14章振盪器與VCO相關章節，
不過還有許多疑問，上來請各位大大指教。
1.有關於phase noise的定義與物理意義?(才疏學淺,爬文還看不懂)
2.通常是什麼造成K_VCO的值不為常數，還有過大或過小的影響為何？
3.一般我們常看到逆偏的變容二極體(varactor)來控制電容，
是否是因為當V_cont改變，因為電容值的改變，造成
f_osc的改變？〔希望能確定我的想法〕
4.我看paper有提到SiGe HBT(異質接面雙極電晶體)的特色在於:
low 1/f noise and high gain at microwave frequencies.
請問它的機制或是特色所帶來的好處？

理想的弦波輸出在頻譜上面只有一根tone,但是實際上因為noise的關係會造成

如果你用vacactor來控制LC tank,他的中心頻率是根號LC分之一,去對C微分會發現

當你的Kvco不是linear的時候,你的PLL就會變的不好設計,鎖定在不同的Kvco將會造
成特性不如預期. 而Kvco過大代表VCO很sensitive to noise,代表phase noise變差.
Kvco過小會造成你的tuning range不夠,可能PVT variation會使PLL無法鎖定.
