Baiklah, biar saya belanja satu cerita.

Seminggu yang lalu (9/12/2016) Fattah Amin (bukan nama sebenar) seorang pekerja di sebuah syarikat O&G membuat keputusan membeli saham syarikat AWC Berhad.

Ya, syarikat ini tersenarai di pasaran saham Bursa Malaysia & PATUH SYARIAH.

Gambar yang tuan tuan lihat adalah contoh paparan di smartphone semasa jual beli saham. Ya, Fattah Amin jual beli saham guna Samsung Galaxy je, senang.

Ok, saya cuba permudahkan:

1. Qty on Hand = unit saham yang dibeli
Dalam contoh ini Fattah Amin membeli 10,000 unit saham AWC

2. Avg Price = harga saham semasa diBELI
Dalam contoh ini Fattah Amin membeli saham AWC pada harga RM0.885

3. Last = harga saham semasa diJUAL
Dalam contoh ini Fattah Amin menjual saham AWC pada harga RM0.94 (harga hari ini - 10:18 pagi, 19/12/2016)

4. Cost$ = Modal yang digunakan untuk membeli saham
Dalam contoh ini Fattah Amin membeli saham AWC pada harga RM0.885 sebanyak 10,000 unit. Maka modal yang diguna adalah RM 0.885 x 10,000 = RM 8,850

5. Market$ = Jumlah yang diterima selepas menjual saham
Dalam contoh ini Fattah Amin jual semua 10,000 unit saham AWC pada harga RM0.94. Maka selepas jual beliau dapat RM 0.94 x 10,000 = RM 9,400

6. Unrealized P/L $ = Keuntungan yang diperoleh
Dalam contoh ini Fattah Amin dapat untung RM 550 (RM9,400 - RM8,850)

7. Unrealized P/L % = Pulangan yang diperoleh ( bahasa jawanya ROI )
Dalam contoh ini Fattah Amin dapat untung 6.21% dalam masa seminggu selepas menjual saham AWC.

Cara kira :
UNTUNG/MODAL X 100
550/8,850 X 100 = 6.21%

Nota : Tahukah anda harga saham AWC pada bulan Jan 2016 hanya RM 0.37? Sekarang dah RM 0.94. Wowww...Pulangan lebih 100% dalam masa setahun?! Skim cepat kaya pun tak boleh cari makan kalau macam ni.

+ Beliau tidak perlu tunggu setahun untuk rasa dividen 6-7%.

+ Beliau memilih untuk melabur di pasaran saham Bursa Malaysia, jadi suka hati beliau nak untung setiap minggu...setiap bulan atau setiap hari.

+ Duit dia. Untung pun duit dia, rugi pun duit dia...
