Isi dada@peha ayam 10kg
Gula 3 kilo
Garam 10 sudu jangan membukit ngam2 saja
Aji 2 sudu
Kunyit babas 125g
Bahan-bahan diblend :
Jintan manis biji 20sudu
Jintan putih biji 10sudu
Serbuk ketumbar babas 10sudu
Serai 10 btg
Lengkuas agak-agak 2 ibu jari
Halia agak-agak 2 ibu jari
Bawang putih 1 labu
Bawang besar 2 biji
Cara-cara :
Potong dadu isi ayam, kulit ayam celur sekejap potong kecik agak-agak boleh cucuk, masuk semua bahan-bahan di atas gaul rata perap 2 3 jam boleh lah cucuk bakar.
Bahan renjis masa bakar
2 sudu susu pekat manis@santan
Air perap satay
Air masak sikit
Minyak masak campur buat untuk renjis
Bau harum semerbak masa bakar nanti
Untuk kuah kacang
Bahan-bahan :
Kacang tanah 3kg
Minyak masak 1kg
Cili kering
Gula 1 kg
Garam
Air perapan satay 5 cawan
Bahan tumis sama macam bahan blend tadi sukatan separuh dari tadi
Cara-cara buat kuah kacang
Tuang minyak dalam kuali terus letak kacang bila minyak panas kacang pun masak jangan sampai hitam nanti lemak kacang hilang, goreng cabai kering angkat bila sejuk boleh lah tumbuk atau blend (saya blend dengan air).
Tumis bahan blend (serai lengkus bawang putih/merah halia jintan manis/putih ketmbar) dalam kuali dengan minyak sampai pecah minyak, kemudian tuangkan bahan tumis dalam kacang dengan cabai yang diblend tadi perasakan dengan gula garam. Kalau suka aji bubuh lah sikit dan kalau tal suka manis boleh kurangkan gula ikut cita rasa sendiri

Ingredients:
Fill up dada@peha chicken 10 kg
Sugar 3 kilo

RESEPI TAKOYAKI
Bahan-bahan (cukup untuk 16 biji takoyaki)
150 gram tepung gandum
25 gram potato starch
1 biji telur
200 ml susu segar
200 ml air
1 sudu teh baking powder
1 sudu teh serbuk pati ikan bilis
1 sudu teh garam
2 batang lidi sate
Cara-cara:
Bancuh semua bahan dan biarkan seketika.
Kobis-cincang halus
Daun bawang-potong
Isi udang/sotong/sosej atau cheese
Bonito flake
Mayonis
Sos kicap
Campuran kicap manis, 1 sudu besar hoisin sos dan seasoning
Cara-cara
1.Panaskan acuan takoyaki.Masukkan sedikit minyak.
2.Bila panas,masukkan adunan tepung sebanyak separuh acuan.Kemudian masukkan udang/sotong.
3.Taburkan daun kobis dan daun bawang.
4.Penuhkan acuan dengan adunan tepung,biar hingga melimpah ruah.
5.Balikkan adunan dengan 2 batang lidi.
6.Letakkan sedikit minyak ke atas takoyaki,sambil terus memusingkan takoyaki dengan lidi sate hingga masak sekata.
7.Masukkan ke dalam pinggan,tuangkan sos,mayonis dan tabur bonito flake ke atasnya.

Takoyaki recipe
Ingredients (enough for 16 takoyaki)
150 grams of wheat flour

Một quả tiêu đề thật mắc dại nhở :)))) Nhưng mà đúng là ít chỗ ăn nướng than kiểu ntn mà tẩm ướp hợp ý 2 đứa 🤷 Mà cth gì có gì khó đâu :
- Sa tế (tuỳ ý, nên dùng loại này vì sa tế tôm mùi nặng quá, át vị thịt)
- Xốt thịt nướng của Otogi - cùng hãng này có loại Heo cay ngon lắm nhé nhưng hôm C đi sthi kiếm ko có, dùng tạm bò vậy
- Hành tỏi băm (trong ảnh C chụp thiếu đó)
- Muối & tiêu
- Thịt ba chỉ heo, hoặc thịt bò (C lấy ba chỉ mỡ để nướng lên đỡ bị khô)
Thái thịt vừa ăn rồi ướp thịt vs các gia vị trên, định lượng của xốt có trong hdsd r nhé :> Và giờ thì nướng thôi, nếu ko có chỗ nướng hay than, thì đem áp chảo hoặc lò chiên ko dầu cũng ngon y nha ❤️

What a badass title isn't it? 🤣 But for real, not many grill places satisfied us with the marinate tho 🤷 And the recipe is not even that complicate :
- Satay (up to you, should use the mushroom one cuz the shrimp ones smell too strong)
- Otogi grilled meat sauce (this brand has Spicy pork one was really nice, but I couldn't find it, so I used this beef one, it's good enough)
- Shallots, garlics (forgot to put them in the ingredients pic)
- Salt & Pepper
- Pork belly, or beef (my pork belly was pretty fatty, cuz I don't want it to dry out)
Slice your meat into small chunks then marinate them, the amount of sauce is in the description on the bottle 😚 Well now grill them 😝 If you don't have a grill, then you can just pan-fry them, or use the air fryer, still as good as grilling them ❤️

蠔仔粉絲煲:
材料:
蠔仔 12兩
綠豆粉絲 8兩
調味料:
鮑魚汁 1茶匙
生抽 1湯匙
沙茶醬 1茶匙
蒜蓉 1茶匙
處理:
1. 蠔仔用1湯匙生粉輕手攪勻,沖幾次清水,擎乾水。
2. 洗淨粉絲,浸水至軟身,擎乾水。
烹調:
1. 放1茶匙蒜蓉、1茶匙沙茶醬,1茶匙鮑魚汁及500毫升至1升水落鑊煮滾。
2. 煮滾後,放粉絲,再煮滾後,轉中慢火。
3. 另一邊鑊,放1湯匙油,放1茶匙生粉落蠔仔,攪勻。
4. 開大火,落蠔仔,加入1湯匙豉油,炒勻,加入200毫升水,煮滾。
5. 滾起後,將蠔仔加入粉絲煲,開大火燒滾,完成。

3. Put 1 tsp oil into another wok, use 1 tsp tapioca starch mix well with oysters.
4. Turn to high flame, put oysters, 1 tbsp light soya sauce, fry well, then pour 200ml water in wok, wait for boiling up.
5. Put the oysters into rice vermicelli after boiling up. Turn to high flame until they have been totally cooked well, serve.
