【理財個案--22歲，目標30歲買樓】

老師你好，本人係22歲普通文員，人工萬四（未扣除mpf），每月可儲8000，現時有十萬，未試過買股票，想3x歲同伴侶買樓，家人建議：

（1）買銀行saving plan，十年後取回

（2）等樓價跌夾份買車位出租，預計未來兩三年夾400,000，每月俾番比例上租金我，但因可能未來家人會自用，難預計會否賣出賺錢，所以只可用作收租用途

家人表示如要internal 賣自己個份俾佢只可俾番historical cost我，亦未必有咁多錢買到我個份，十分不流動

（3）本人亦有意買股票投資，但完全無頭緒
想問下可如何分配？謝謝

‧如何做好股票投資分配

龔成老師分析：

1）不適合年輕人。

因為我地會用「先增值，後現金流」去進行人生財富累積，你這刻應該以「增值」為主。

2）流動性不強，加上你的情況略有被動，不建議。

3）你從一些穩健的股票開始，這是最好的方法，無人一開始就識。

如果你每月能儲$8000作投資，回報率假設10%，10年後你可以滾存到$153萬。

你要做三樣野，第一，增加知識，你要學理財及投資的知識，記住，投資並不是坊間的炒炒賣賣，你要從書本或課堂上認真學習。

第二，了解銀行及證券行，去開一個證券戶口，並準備做月供股票。

其實兩者都可以，銀行就較方便，但手續費就較貴，證券行收費就較平。你可以先了解下不同的收費。

第三，將每月的部分資金，去做月供股票，指數基金是適合你的，如果你能承受風險，以你的年齡，可考慮就安碩恒生科技（3067），再加一些平穩增長股，你可以每月供$5000，餘下$3000留現金。

安碩恒生科技，追蹤恆生科技指數之表現，而恆生科技指數，都是一些有質素的潛力股，例如阿里（9988）、騰訊（0700）、小米（1810）、美團（3690）等的新經濟類公司，長遠有潛力。所以有長線持有價值。由於基金有30隻股票，比起單一股票，風險能減低。

不過，你投資知識不多，因此，這刻不能大注投資。最好的策略，就是月供，或自行分注小注慢慢收貨（例如每月買一次、或2個月買一次），總之慢慢入，不能用盡現金，原理如同不斷儲貨，這樣就能平均買入價，減少風險。然後就長線持有。

對初階投資者來說，月供股票是一個很好的累積財富方法，因為可避免你一次過在高位買入的風險。如果你中低風險，如可承受風險就3067，如果承受風險力一般，就投資平穩增長股。

原理如同儲錢，不過就不是儲現金，而是儲股票。計劃要長期進行。

另外，盈富是一個組合，適合絕大部分人投資，風險不高，長期儲貨可助你財富平穩增值，記住要長線持有。

當你在做上述三件事的同時，開始學下股票，了解下那些股票適合你自己。
