What a happy day for Anais! 🖌 Today will be the day I paint Anais room, and hopefully everything goes well! I got myself two buckets from Nippon Paint, one is the sealer and another is the peachy color paint 🍑 First, we gotta coat the wall with sealer, so that color cat tahan lagi lama atas dinding! Lepas dah coat dinding, Kinah letak color layer atas coating sealer. Result memang satisfying!

👉 วิธีดูแลปกป้องรักษาทะนุถนอมเล็บ
ช่วงเวลาที่เหมาะที่สุดในการดูแลเล็บ ก็คือหลังอาบน้ำ
หรือหลังล้างจาน เพราะเป็นช่วงที่เล็บของคุณสะอาดและอ่อนนุ่มที่สุดนั่นเอง

👉 น้ำยาเติมยาทาเล็บ ซึ่งใช้เพื่อช่วยให้ยาทาเล็บไม่ข้นเกินไปนั้น
ถ้าเก็บไว้ในตู้เย็นจะช่วยให้เก็บได้นานขึ้น
ไม่ควรใช้น้ำยาล้างยาทาเล็บเกินกว่าอาทิตย์ละครั้ง
เนื่องจากจะทำให้เล็บแห้ง และแตกง่าย
sealer หรือ top coat ยาเคลือบเงาเล็บเป็นน้ำยาที่ใช้
ทาทับยาทาเล็บอีกทีหนึ่ง ซึ่งคุณสามารถ ใช้ยาทาเล็บแบบสีใส
ชนิดใดก็ได้มาทาเพื่อการนี้ ซึ่งจะช่วยลดการกร่อน และแตก
ของเล็บได้ คุณสามารถใช้ยาทาเล็บใสนี้ได้ทุกวัน
เพื่อช่วยปกป้องและคงความชุ่มชื้นให้เล็บ

👉 สำหรับเล็บที่แต่งด้วยยาทาเล็บเป็นประจำ
จะทำให้เล็บมีสีเหลือง ดังนั้นลองแช่นิ้วมือ และเท้าในน้ำ
ควรใช้น้ำมะขามที่ผสมน้ำทิ้งไว้สักครู่ประมาณ 10 นาที
แล้วล้างออก หรือจะใช้มะนาวฝานมาถูเล็บบ่อยๆ

👉 หลังล้างมือ คุณควรทาครีมหรือโลชั่นเพื่อช่วยเพิ่มความชุ่มชื้น
ให้แก่เล็บและมือของคุณ ที่เสียไปเพราะฤทธิ์ของสบู่
และน้ำยาล้างมือ การใช้ครีมที่ให้ความชุ่มชื้น เช่น วาสลีน
จะช่วยแก้ปัญหานี้ได้ นอกจากหลังล้างมือแล้ว
การทาก่อนนอนก็เป็นสิ่งที่จำเป็นต่อสุขภาพเล็บที่ดีนะค่ะ

👉 บางครั้งยาทาเล็บ คราบสกปรก หรือแม้แต่เชื้อแบคทีเรีย
อาจฝังอยู่บนเล็บเป็นรอยเลอะๆ ได้โดยใช้ สำลีชุบ
ไฮโดรเจนเปอร์ออกไซด์ (น้ำยาล้างแผล) บีบลงตามซอกเล็บ
ทิ้งไว้สักครู่ สิ่งสกปรกจะลอยออกมา แล้วใช้ไม่พันสำลีเล็กๆ
เช็ดออก คุณก็ไม่ต้องแคะซอกเล็บให้เจ็บนิ้ว
หรือจะใช้น้ำสบู่และแปรงสีฟันแปรงขัดออกขณะอาบน้ำก็ได้
แล้วหลังจากนั้นอย่าลืมทาครีมบำรุงเล็บด้วย

Or use soap water and toothbrush to brush off while taking shower.
And then don't forget to apply the nail cream.
