#FVTReview :
🥺I walked into De La Belle with an exhausted body due to long-standing insomnia exacerbated by regular intense workouts. It was such a beautiful surprise to see the cosy room was already decorated with extensive floral arrangements, making the spa ambience extra romantic and inviting!

🛀🏻I was first pampered with a herbal bath consisting of Chinese traditional herbs that’s said to be a thousand-year-old special formula passed down from a certain tribe in ancient China that help to detoxify the body, improve blood circulation, stimulate the digestive system, maintain youth & overall health.
-
💆🏻♀️Following the first round of herbal bath was a mini full body massage, targeted at specific areas at your request. After the second round of herbal bath, I was treated to another body massage and a guasha type of head massage. Having been a long time skeptic of TCM, I have never tried gua sha so initially I was a little worried what the therapist is going to do to me with her little black tool made from “黑玉石” . 😅 A few moments into the session, I felt a relaxing sensation where all the knots around my temples, back of my head and the base of my skull all loosened up and my tension headache amazingly vanished!
🥰 Now, I am a convert to TCM Wellness services all thanks to #delabellewellnesssingapore !

The Philadelphia 76ers enjoyed a great March, and it got them in the playoffs.
Allen Iverson scored 14 of his 42 points in the fourth quarter and overtime as the 76ers clinched their fifth straight playoff berth by beating the Orlando Magic 118-113 Monday night.
"It's such a huge win for us,'' Philadelphia coach Larry Brown said. "It caps off a big month for us where we had 12 road games and four home games and ended up going 11-5, which is pretty special.''
Added Iverson: "It's good to know we're in (the playoffs) because the East is so crazy. You lose a couple of games here or there, and you go from in to out.''
The 76ers won for the fourth time in five games, and for the fourth straight time on the road, to move a game ahead of idle Indiana for third place in the East. Philadelphia also kept pace 1{ games behind New Jersey for the Atlantic Division lead. The Nets beat Houston 110-86 Monday.
Kenny Thomas had 24 points and 20 rebounds for his fifth double-double in the last six games, while Derrick Coleman added 18 points and 13 rebounds. Philadelphia had a 61-38 advantage on the boards, including a 24-12 margin in the final quarter and overtime.
"The Magic spread out and have a lot of people on the perimeter, so if they miss you should have a good chance to get the rebound,'' Brown said.
That's exactly what happened, as Orlando shot 29 percent (8-for-28) on 3-pointers.
"You look at the numbers and they're staggering,'' Orlando coach Doc Rivers said. "We held a team to 43 percent shooting with 26 offensive rebounds, so what it tells you is that you played great defense initially but you kept giving them the ball back and they kept scoring.''
For Orlando, Tracy McGrady had 39 points, 10 rebounds and nine assists, and Steven Hunter came off the bench for a season-high 15 points, plus seven rebounds and five blocks -- both career bests.
Gordan Giricek scored 12 of his 15 points in the first half for Orlando, while reserves Darrell Armstrong and Pat Garrity both added 13 points. The Magic bench had a 44-8 edge over Philadelphia's.
Orlando's primary centers, Shawn Kemp and Andrew DeClercq, combined for two points and one rebound in 19 minutes.
"I love our big men to death, but we've got to do something,'' McGrady said. "We can't allow a team to outrebound us by 23.''
Eric Snow had a putback dunk to open overtime, but McGrady countered with a free throw and turnaround jumper to give Orlando a 113-112 lead with 3:22 to go.
Iverson then hit two jumpers and Snow had two free throws as Philadelphia scored the last six points of the game. Orlando shot 1-for-6 in overtime, and 10-for-30 after the third quarter.
"I told our guys in the locker room that we just played playoff basketball -- and we didn't pass the first test,'' Rivers said.
The Magic have lost all four of their overtime games this season.
Philadelphia trailed 107-97 with 3:31 remaining following McGrady's three-point play -- Orlando's fifth of the final period.
But Coleman hit a jumper and 3-pointer on consecutive possessions, kicking off a game-tying 13-3 run. Snow's jumper with 32.9 seconds to go tied the game at 110. Snow had 16 points despite shooting 3-for-11.
Both teams missed opportunities to win in the closing seconds of regulation. On the final three possessions, McGrady missed a short runner, Thomas had Iverson's pass squirt through his hands and Jeryl Sasser missed a floater as time expired.
Sasser, a 32-percent shooter, wasn't supposed to have the ball but Philadelphia's defense did an excellent job of denial on McGrady. And with 1:12 left to play, the 76ers forced Orlando into a backcourt violation on another inbounds play.
"It's a dilemma and something we have to solve,'' Rivers said.
Game notes
Philadelphia center Samuel Dalembert has had consecutive practices with contact but there's no indication when he'll return, coach Larry Brown said. Dalembert has missed the entire season following left knee surgery in October. ... The last season the 76ers did not make the playoffs was 1997-98, Brown's first year in Philadelphia and Iverson's second. ... The 76ers lead the NBA in steals, with 10.18 per game. Against Orlando, they had nine. ... The game was a sellout, Orlando's fifth of the season.

Over the past five seasons, the Detroit Pistons have been one of the NBA's toughest teams to beat -- except for the Utah Jazz.
Deron Williams scored 29 points and Utah won its seventh straight over the Pistons, who extended the Jazz to double overtime before falling 120-114 Friday night.
"It's special, because that's a tough team and this is a tough place to play," Williams said. "Our styles are similar, so it is always a physical, defensive battle."
Mehmet Okur, who finished with 26 points and 12 rebounds, is 8-1 against them since leaving Detroit after winning the 2004 NBA title.
"We just play good against them," he said. "I don't know, but I like it."
Paul Millsap added 24 points and 12 rebounds as Utah took advantage of a starting lineup that averaged 30 pounds heavier than Detroit's new small-ball group.
Detroit coach Michael Curry, though, felt that sticking with three guards -- Rodney Stuckey, Allen Iverson and Richard Hamilton -- was worth giving up size inside.
"I thought we won that battle," he said. "Yes, they posted us up a few times, but we were able to get Allen and Rip free. AI had 38 and Rip scored 30, and I'll take that."
Allen Iverson led the Pistons with 38 points, and Richard Hamilton added 30.
Rasheed Wallace's 3-pointer pulled Detroit within 96-94 with 1:20 to play, and Rodney Stuckey picked off the inbounds pass and laid it in to tie the game moments later.
Okur and Wallace both missed, giving the Jazz a chance at what they thought would be the final shot of regulation. Williams drove on Stuckey, then stopped and pivoted to hit a short jumper with 2.2 seconds left. Hamilton, though, took the ensuing inbounds pass and hit a baseline jumper to send the game to overtime.
The game was tied at 104 when Tayshaun Prince's running hook beat the shot clock with 36 seconds left in the extra session. After Williams retied the game, Iverson passed up a potential winning shot in order to pass to Stuckey, who missed an open 3-pointer to send the game to a second overtime.
"I'd take that look 100 times out of 100," Iverson said. "I knew that everyone on their team knew that I was going to shoot, and that's why Rodney was so open. That shot wasn't even contested -- it just didn't go down."
Wallace had fouled out late in the first overtime, and both Hamilton and Stuckey did the same in the first 90 seconds of the second. That forced Detroit to use a makeshift lineup that included Walter Herrmann, who hadn't played in the first five periods.
"It's tough when you lose that many guys, especially when they don't have anyone foul out," Iverson said.
The Pistons still were within 113-112 with a minute to play when Kyle Korver hit a 3-pointer to make it a four-point game. Iverson answered with a layup, but Andrei Kirilenko hit two free throws and Herrmann's 3-pointer rimmed out.
That was good news for Williams, who played a career-high 46 minutes on a sore ankle.
"I was ecstatic when Kyle hit that three, because I didn't know if I had another overtime left," he said.
Iverson wound up playing 54 minutes, tying LaMarcus Aldridge for the most in an NBA game this season.
Detroit led 80-73 early in the fourth quarter, but Utah got back into the game with a 15-2 run that included eight points from Okur.
"We just need to keep playing," Utah coach Jerry Sloan said. "We continue to come out a little sluggish, but I was very happy with our second half, especially the two young guys."
Game notes
Late in the second overtime, McDyess became the fourth Pistons player to foul out. Utah did not have a single player with more than four fouls. ... Wallace also picked up his 10th technical foul for arguing a call in the fourth quarter. ... Four Jazz players -- Williams, Millsap, Korver and Okur -- played the most minutes of their careers. ... Detroit hadn't had two 30-point scorers in the same game since Hamilton and Chauncey Billups did it against Golden State on March 1, 2003.

Allen Iverson and Kenyon Martin started off slow, then came up big at the end to help the Denver Nuggets pull off an impressive comeback victory.
Iverson scored nine of his 25 points in the final 3:35 of overtime and the Nuggets rallied from 18 points down at halftime to beat the Los Angeles Clippers 113-103 on Friday night.
It tied the second-biggest comeback from a halftime deficit in the Nuggets' NBA history.
"Most of the talk at halftime was just that we can play a lot better. And we had to," coach George Karl said. "If we wanted to win the game, we were going to have a special defensive effort. I don't know how many easy shots they got in the second half, but I don't remember very many."
Martin missed nine of his first 10 shots and finished with 13 points. But he also grabbed 13 rebounds, made a key defensive stop to send the game into OT and made a 3-pointer in the final minute to secure the victory. Nene added 22 points and 11 rebounds for the Nuggets before fouling out for the second time in two games.
Carmelo Anthony completed a two-game suspension he received from the Nuggets, the result of his DUI arrest during the offseason. Two seasons ago, he was suspended for 15 games by the NBA for throwing a punch at New York Knicks reserve Mardy Collins during a game at Madison Square Garden on Dec. 16, 2006.
Al Thornton had 30 points and 11 rebounds for the Clippers. Tim Thomas added 20 points and Chris Kaman had 15 points and 15 rebounds.
"Every loss is tough, this one especially because we had the lead," coach Mike Dunleavy said. "In the first half we were so much more active, we were playing the passing lanes and getting our hands on the ball. We just didn't do it in the second half and we gave up too many easy baskets."
Clippers point guard Baron Davis, who did most of the talking during an intense closed-door meeting following Wednesday night's season-opening 38-point loss to the Lakers, left Friday's game because of a sore left hip after going up for a defensive rebound and crashing to the floor with 9 1/2 minutes left in the second quarter. He had six points.
"He was able to stand up and walk on his own after being injured, but I asked him if he needed to come out of the game and he said yes," Dunleavy said.
Iverson gave Denver the lead for good with a layup that started his scoring run. He hit another one 37 seconds later, then added a 19-footer for a 103-98 lead with 2:32 left in OT. He closed it out on a pair of free throws with 43 seconds to go.
"I've been struggling, as far as my offensive rhythm, and I was getting really frustrated," Iverson said. "But I was trying not to be so tough on myself, being that I didn't get a chance to play as much as I wanted to in the preseason. I didn't have any time to waste with two games on the road. Fortunately, my rhythm came back at the right time."
Trailing 55-37 at halftime, Denver narrowed the gap to 72-64 with an 11-2 spurt capped by Dahntay Jones' two free throws with 1:23 left in the third quarter.
The Nuggets got within 88-86 on a dunk by Nene with 4:55 remaining, then Iverson was hit with a technical foul from referee Brian Forte after Nene picked up his fifth foul with 3:51 to play.
Cuttino Mobley made the ensuing free throw, then Karl called a timeout to cool off Iverson.
"I wasn't going to get thrown out," Iverson said. "I've been in this league 13 years, so I know how far I can go -- especially once I get a technical. Then I know I can get a little bit more leeway to say what I've got to say. But at that time, I think it was a good timeout to take because we responded well."
Nene tied the score 90-all on a reverse layup with 1:44 left in the fourth quarter, and Iverson had a chance to put Denver ahead -- but missed a 10-foot jumper with 33 seconds left. Thornton got the rebound and Thomas made an 11-footer at the other end before Linas Kleiza's two free throws tied it again with 9.4 seconds left in the fourth.
Thomas had the ball for one last shot to win it for the Clippers in regulation, but lost it out of bounds under pressure from Martin.
"The shot he made before that was a tough shot, but I was determined not to let him score again," Martin said. "That's what I'm here for. These guys believe in me on the defensive end, and Coach had the confidence in me to get me the ball again when I was open. That's why you keep working on your game, for situations like that."
Forward Marcus Camby, who spent the previous six seasons with Denver, wasn't able to play against his former teammates because of a bruised right heel.
Game notes
Earlier Friday, the Nuggets decided not to offer Kleiza a four-year, $25 million contract extension. As a result, he will become a restricted free agent next summer. ... The Nuggets had lost 11 of their previous 15 road games against the Clippers.
