此課堂為懷孕滿12週嘅準媽媽度身訂造。歡迎準爸爸一同參加。如對課程感興趣,即使唔係懷孕期間亦能參與,不過請預先通知我哋。
我哋嘅合資格孕婦瑜伽導師,將指導你以一系列適合你和胎兒的瑜伽體式來伸展和強化身體;透過呼吸練習來加深你與胎兒的連結,並有助分娩;還會教授簡易的動作讓你能每天在家練習,支持你和成長中的胎兒。

Yoga for Mom-To-Be
This Prenatal Class is suitable for mom-to-be’s (in second trimester). To-be-fathers are welcome to attend. If you are not pregnant but interested in this class, it is also possible to attend, however, please let us know in advance.
Our qualified prenatal teachers will take you through a sequence that suits you and your baby, moving you through yoga poses to stretch and strengthen the body; going through breathing exercises to connect with your baby and help with labour; and also offer simple exercises that you can do at home everyday to support you and your growing baby.

I honestly thought having it all done before, I’d feel so much prepared for my second pregnancy. To say it was different than my first one is an understatement. Scha tak expect the fatigue to hit me so hard and fast where I just want to fade away. Kena severe heartburn and acid reflux that I have to deal on daily basis which turn me into a potato couch up until today . Unlike my first pregnancy, it was pretty easy cuma first trimester je challenging. Baby pulak sihat, terbesar pulak dalam perut ni 😂
No two pregnancies are alike but heyy they’re both amazing in their own ways!

孕中期和前期的感受完全不同! 感恩噁心反應已經消失,剩下的只是滿滿的幸福?
謝謝高凱一直還是那麼的照顧我,照顧我的身心靈的改變。體諒我的一切。 這一天我們選擇來到了海邊度假,雖然只是普通的休息,但對現在疫情來說已經是很棒的旅遊。希望大家可以跟我們一起享受喔?
