It’s not very me to eat so much Chinmi 珍味 all the time, but it just so happened at this season, that some shops I went to served these rarer to find delicacies. This shop is a Soba Buckwheat Shop, but equally they are also famous for their Inaka style 田舍料理. Love coming to this shop in Shimbashi Tokyo, but every time I can only eat so much or so little if I visit myself though 🙈 @ 健康美食.けんび
