#新加坡渣打馬初體驗

小編們這二天分別跑了5k, 10k, 21k, 42k (可惜不能跑Kids Dash 😂），迫不及待想和大家分享心得：

✔ 國際好手很多，能夠跟他們一起跑，覺得相當刺激啊!Joshua Kipkorir 和 Priscah Cherono 最終分別以2:19:12及2:28:51拿下全馬男子和全馬女子冠軍🎉

✔今年改在傍晚6點在F1跑車賽道上起跑，很過癮👍 全馬最後30幾公里處上高速公路，能欣賞新加坡知名建築，夜景非常美~

✔大會貼心為每個組別編制pacer, 光是10k的pacer 就超過20位，賽道上的加油團更是比太陽還要熱情啊! 到達終點時，還有專人為每個完賽者掛上奬牌，感覺很有成就感。

✔當地氣候悶熱，對於跑者體力上的消耗會比一般快，但大會補水站以及廁所十分充足，約2公里一站，補水沒問題。即使是5k 也有補給站。大會以冰塊桶取代海綿，就可以知道非常熱了。

✔豐富多樣的expo 👉 大會因應環保，今年特別提倡舊衣舊鞋回收。現場許多人連署支持環保，將自己對環保的主張寫在牆上。另外，賽衣及周邊用品的拍賣也是落實環保很好的方法。

Post race sharings from SC Singapore Marathon
1. It’s thrilling to run with so many international elite runners. Male champion- Joshua Kipkorir in 2:19:12; female champion- Priscah Cherono in 2:28:51.
2. Switching flag-off time to evening at 6:00 and starting from F1 track. Enjoy stunning night view with Singapore famous buildings.
3. Equipped pacers for each race category even for 10KM, more than 20 pacers for this single category. Feel so honored to be awarded individually with medal at finish line.
4. Local weather is hot and humid, runners exert energy faster than usual. There are water supply and toilets in every 2 KM and supply station in every 5KM. You can tell how hot it is as the organizer use ice bucket in stead of sponge.
5. In the Expo, to echo eco-lifestyle, the organiser initiates a outlet for race shirts & running accessories. Runners wrote down their views and support environmental protection on the wall.

Swissotel The Stamford #Singapore’s location can’t be beaten. Located by the F1 track, atop City Hall MRT Station, part of the Raffles City Singapore complex that also comprises Fairmont Singapore and Raffles City shopping centre.

Really cool to be able to go back to the forgotten race track. Growing up in Singapore, we drove by Upper Thomson Road so often, I didn't even know there was a Singapore Grand Prix back in the 60's!
