安全と安心を第一に、お客さまとともに新しい空の旅へ
～空港の取り組み篇～
皆さま、こんにちは。羽田空港国内線グランドスタッフの川田です。
現在JALグループでは、緊急事態宣言解除に伴い、少しずつではありますが、運休をしていた一部の便の運航を再開いたしました。再び多くのお客さまにお目にかかれる日を楽しみに、とてもワクワクしています。
しかし、数カ月ぶりのご搭乗予定で、ご不安な方もたくさんいらっしゃると思います。JALグループは、お客さまのご不安を少しでも和らげ、安心してご利用いただくため、さまざまな新型コロナウイルス感染症予防対策に取り組んでいます。
全空港スタッフはマスクを着用し、カウンターにはパーティションを設置。カウンターの外からお客さまをご案内する際には必要に応じてフェイスシールドも着用しています。マスクをつけるとお客さまに声や表情が伝わりにくいこともありますが、その分、いつも以上に笑顔と丁寧な対応を心がけています😊
そのほかにも、保安検査場での検温の実施(一部空港除く)や、お客さま同士が安全な距離を保っていただけるよう、空港でのお手続き・ご搭乗時の足元のマークの設置、人数を分けての機内へのご案内など、空港や機内で、安全・安心なサービス提供に向けた取り組みを強化しております。
お客さまにおかれましても、空の旅の安全・安心を守るために、私たちからのお願いがございます。
ご旅行の前には必ずご自身の健康状態をご確認いただき、空港にお越しの際は、マスクの着用をお願いしています。また、ご旅行の準備の際には、お手続きカウンターや機内への乗り降りの際の混雑を避けるため、お手荷物は可能な限り、最小限にしていただきますようお願いいたします。空港でのお手続き時の接触・混雑にご不安がある場合は、事前座席指定や事前チェックインサービスもご利用いただけますので、ぜひご活用ください。
空港では、お客さまがご利用になる場所はこまめな拭き取り清掃・消毒を実施しており、アルコール消毒液も配備しておりますので、手指消毒の際にご自由にお使いください。
お客さまの安全・安心を守るために実施している取り組みではありますが、どうしてもこれまでと比べて物理的な距離ができてしまう場面もあるかと思います。しかしながら、JALグループ社員の「お客さまに最高のサービスをご提供したい」という想いはこれまでも、これからも変わりはありません。私たちグランドスタッフは、空港でお客さまと直接お顔をあわせご案内やお話しさせていただくことが仕事のやりがいであり、喜びでもあります。何かご不明な点やお困りのことがありましたら、どうぞお気軽にスタッフにお声をおかけください。
