大约三十多岁的时候,我很羡慕我同班同学们都大学毕业。我当时form 6考完试之后便进入航空公司受训,当起了空服员。我曾经因为自己没选择念大学而觉得自卑。
过了那么多年,我才发现,其实上天早就安排最好的路给每一个人。所有的人生其实都是一种机遇。重要的是,年纪越大,我们就更该晓得选择做自己喜欢的事物。
也不知道是不是为了弥补遗憾,我遇到自己喜欢的东西,总想去学一学或考一考,然后为自己的好奇心感觉自豪一些些,就那么一些些。
今天来纪念一下我拿到另外一只lapel pin.

全港最好食 西班牙紅蝦🦐 沒有之一。
介紹下今日嘅餐廳主角就係Petrus🌟 環境走古典宮廷式路線🇫🇷 菜式相反地keep住革新,造就2020就重奪米芝蓮一星🥳 當然就係背後功臣Chef Uwe & Romain👨🏼🍳 亦都係佢哋先食到一隻好食到係唔想share、想再encore嘅紅蝦🦐

晚市餐單主要係預設好嘅Signature Menu或者任選嘅3-5個Course,樣樣都想試就當然揀咗自己喜歡嘅4-course,盛恵 $1,488/pp。未開始前菜,嚟咗個Amuse Bouche先。咁得意成舊石春咁嘅😂😂 食唔食得㗎?Oh食入口原來係三文魚嚟嘅,Surprise到我🤣

前菜到了我哋分別點選咗King Crab (圖1)🦀 同白蘆筍 (圖2)😌 King Crab一上枱wow😍 因為靚到唔捨得食,成個花園咁🪴💐 食落又有陣薄荷味refresh🍃 而白蘆筍不時不食,鮮甜度爆燈🈵 配上魚子醬仲有煙燻鰻魚,無諗過法國菜見到鰻魚切粒出現。

第二道當然係招牌西班牙紅蝦 (+$288)🦐 (圖4) 以及鮑魚 (圖5)。紅蝦size可謂Jumbo,全港得呢度供應,係大過隻手掌🖐️ 就咁烤已經好鮮美。蝦頭超巨型,咇出嚟嘅蝦膏係金黃色湧出來,濃郁到沾麵包去食係唔夠麵包嗰隻好食🥯 旁邊嘅黑色醬係3款蝦製成嘅蝦醬再將蝦味升級😚😚 鮑魚件事都係靚,切片灑上椰菜花增添口感。

主菜就喺海鮮同肉類之選🐑 羊肉成卷狀,伴以雅枝竹同Gnocchi😚 稍稍覺得主菜相對地平淡,驚喜跌咗watt但唔係差。最後甜品都不遑多讓,吃了士多啤梨造型嘅白朱古力以及橙味朱古力梳乎厘,少有地法國嘅甜品覺得對我來講甜度啱啱好,有造型有味道👍🏻👍🏻

最後一點想highlight嘅係Wine Pairing,成餐飯Pair得好好,而且Sommelier介紹得仔細,上咗堂課咁📚 所挑選嘅酒亦有偏門少見嘅細酒莊,除咗配合菜式味道亦會因應天氣溫度去人性化配酒。當晚仲有幸試到支12L咁大嘅紅酒🍷 好似display咁大要捧住去倒,風味又同普通750mL好唔同,體驗幾驚喜。

整體食物質素係滿意,紅蝦絕對係當晚焦點所在,價錢3-5 Course去選擇豐儉由人,亦算係合理fine dine價錢,值得嚟試吓!(好食指數:9/10)

In this video, my long time friend Mina Kim will show you how to make a staple Korean dish, Jeyuk Bokkeum (Spicy Pork Bulgogi). That is probably enjoyed more frequently than Beef Bulgogi in South Korea.
